So having purchased a sofa from scs and waiting way over the agreed time. Finally I received my furniture very poor quality and wasn't what we looked at in store. spoke to multiple people in relation to this and they do not care I had a specialist upholsterer come and view it he found multiple issues ie stitching out of lines marking on the fabric a washer from the recliner has dropped out from something and very bad folds in the fabric. If your looking for quality look elsewhere he was a little surprised it passed a qc check obviously not done. Chris the sales man seems a nice guy but the truth is he makes false promises and hasn't called me today as he promised if scs do not resolve this I'll go to trading standards

Sales team were very helpful.
Delivery time given by the drivers was spot on.
Took great care in not making a mess even put sheets down on carpet.
Installed and showed how to use etc and took all the packaging away.

Writing this on behalf of my mum who’s in her 80’s and set in her ways, on entering the store we was greeted with a friendly hello, however my mum saw this as a sales pitch and quickly shut the poor guy down with a I’m just looking I’ll come to you if I need anything 🙈 she doesn’t like to feel like someone is following her around the store, to be fair he listened and was very polite and was there when we did need him to complete the sale in a very professional manner! Thank you

I liked that I didn't feel pressured to buy anything while I looked around. I had been to a few stores that day and SCS was the best choice for me. Once we had chosen the sofa, the member of staff was very helpful.

Took our mum to find a new chair and 2 seater for her flat Donna came over at away to advise about the layout were to find product info and where to locate the lift as had baby with us in pram … armed with relevant info left free to browse and as soon as ready for help she was back with us … attentive and professional… and very patient ! suite chosen all explained and emailed to myself lovely cuppa very happy . Donna would give you 10 stars if could hope the products and delivery just as good … thankyou

I cannot fault the delivery drivers, Michael and Liam. They were very friendly and as our sofas didn't fit through the door frame easily, they managed to resolve the issue without a fuss and quickly set up our sofas as we wanted.
We ordered our sofas and were told they should arrive after 6 weeks but due to us changing our order within the 7 days period we are allowed to change, we were then told we'd have to wait another 4 weeks as SCS has a 4 week delay period in their policy. However, we were not told this in store so we felt a little let down by this as we had only dining chairs to sit on for months (this is our first home). That was disappointing to hear but they arrived after 4 weeks (just about) and we are pleased with the quality of the sofas so far.

Had my furniture delivered by a great couple of lads Marc and Josh such a happy cheerful pair delivered with care very polite. The furniture was delivered on time as the store had said it would. The furniture is good quality, have had furniture off them before that lasted me years very happy with my purchase would highly recommend.

Absolute fantastic service… came to ScS with my elderly parents to buy a new sofa.. Donna took care of us and was very, very patient with them.. she made it a lovely experience.. The hot chocolate went down a treat too! So much so they both gave her a Hug on the way out..
And their sofa is getting delivered in 3 days! Would defiantly recommend.

We visited and purchased our dream 3 pc suite.
We we looking around and we're approached within a minute, we don't like this approach as it makes us feel really uneasy and it puts us off to the point that will walk out and never go back.
We explained this and the salesperson who's name is Donna, she listened to us and was sympathetic to our needs.
We we're then left free to browse and chat until we we're ready to talk to a staff member (after all we are adults and we are able to find our way around a shop and make our own decisions)
Donna was really helpful and pleasant, she had instant knowledge on many different products around the showroom, she explained in detail how to use the reclining mechanism on a range of different suites.
Donna helped us reach our final decision on our dream suite in the colour and style that we wanted.
