We were greeted immediately on entering the store by Donna who was a very friendly and instantly likeable young lady. We weren't "pounced" upon, as is sometimes the case, and were allowed to explain our requirements. We were then shown to the relevant area of the store and allowed to browse at our leisure. donna was still on hand close by to answer any qestions we had. Once we narrowed our choices Donna was more than helpful with her very good product knowledge and advice, eventually leading to us making a very well considered choice.
We asked for a discount for paying cash and this was granted after the usual "I will have to speak to the manager" Many a time this is just a ploy but this was genuine and very often the price is jacked up before the discount is granted. In this instance, I felt I had gauged Donna's honesty and integrity and, having checked the price online, I'm pleased to say that the discount was genuine.

In summary, it was a very pleasant, relaxed and rewarding experience.

She listened to what we wanted and recommend some options , she was very patient as our 6 year old proceeded to run around the show room and whilst we were filling out the paperwork. Sofa delivered today, delivery men Glyn and matty were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure sofa was in place, explained everything about aftercare if we have any problems, also took all boxes away, would definitely recommend scs

Just popped in.....I'd already "made my mind up" and was going to purchase from Furniture Village. However just came in to sense check and wanted to look at all options. Went to Sofology first but didn't see anything that stood out for the price I wanted to pay. Then popped into SCS, spotted something I liked but wanted to have a look at other options recliner wise. Donna then asked would it matter what type of material....and showed us one option available that was a complete no brainer. A 3 seater and 2 seater recliner electric option for a ridiculous price in leather and for less tha than id seen anywhere else. Paid more than this for a 3 seater and one seater non leather option that I'm getting rid of. Donna was excellent at cutting to the chase and we were done and dusted in no time. Thanks again x

We were served by Donna yesterday.
She was so helpful and went out of her way to help us find exactly what we needed. We wanted a sofa bed for a holiday cottage we have purchased and we did not want to pay a fortune for one. We actually came away with a beautiful Italian leather sofa bed , matching two seater sofa and also a designer armchair, all for less than the sofa bed should have cost us. There were a couple of dirty marks, but nothing major on the leather, hence why it was so cheap , and she even said that they would clean it for us.

Excellent service, great sofa. We made a list of sofa stores to visit, and SCS was the first on the list. The store manager Natasha and store assistant Chris helped us locate exactly what we were looking for. One week later our sofa has been delivered. Such an easy process. Great service, great price, great sofa. Couldn't ask for better.

Once entering not too long after a member of the team came to help us. Had already spoken to my dad who been in earlier but I had come to check and I purchase the items. We was in the Blackburn branch in Whitebirk drive. Served by Donna who has amazing customer service skills asset to your establishment.

Really friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff and there is a great choice of sofas. Donna assisted us with our purchase and she was extremely helpful and patient. We felt no pressure to buy and were made very welcome by all staff that were present.
