Really pleased with my new sofa, the 2 guys who delivered were excellent and I was able to track the delivery very easily and more or less new when to expect it. It was delivered in theme frame they gave... I was however disappointed with the first date I was given, where it wasn't delivered as promised . After a long phone call a new date was given and my goods eventually delivered.

Not pushy. Welcomed then left to wonder until you ask for assistance. Spoke to Ryan very polite and helpful.
Remembered me from a previous visit.

Wrong product received, waited over 16 weeks. Not good enough! Now we have to wait another 12 weeks apparently.

Got no sofas to sit on, this company is one disappointment.

Had a lovely man who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at the Bolton branch not sure his name but the older man. Hope our sofa lives up to our expectations.

Salesman ordered the wrong Sofa however the order I signed was correct although that’s open for debate. Waiting for an outcome call, must say the delivery people my wife said were first very nice kind people

Very rude man on the phone, my problem wasn’t resolved. Useless.

SCS refused to honour the warranty on my 65-year-old mum’s chair, so I had to intervene.

Sold by Phil the salesman which stated the insurance covered it all. After an independent inspection and formal notice of legal action, they agreed to a full refund once the chair was collected. They collected it on 7 May and have still not issued the refund. They are now in possession of both the chair and the money, which is completely unacceptable.

The delivery was very prompt, arrived after being informed of approximate time. The delivery team were very good & polite, informed us of all information needed.

i bought the chair for my husbands birthday he loved it very happy sat watching his football with his feet up, which he entirely deserved, my next chair I buy will be for me, so I can put my feet up watching Coronation street

The staff are very helpful and not pushy. I first went to look and was very impressed with the tremendous choice of styles, colour and comfort. I returned the following week with our room measurements and colour samples and found exactly what we were looking for. Tariq had endless patience and answered all our questions, making sure we were happy with everything prior to ordering. Our sofa hasn’t arrived yet but we would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

Good service staff but a 12 week wait is ridiculous and the prices are high because there are only 5 big sofa companies in the UK so they have a monopoly.

Very helpful staff just let us browse around without any fuss.

Visited Poltronesofa in Bolton back in February 26, where we ordered our New Calboli settee, chair and foot stool,met a very helpful member of staff, very informative and helped greatly with our order, on June 4th I received a text and email to say they were due to be delivered on Monday June 8th, over the weekend we were kept fully informed of delivery times and the evening before given our time slot, first thing Mon we were told that our crew of Jonny and Daniel would be with us at a precise time,and they were, everything delivered on time, assembled within minutes, well done SCS to all your staff from start to finish, and finally just to say we are delighted with our choice, quality and look of our leather suite, so pleased with everything, and delighted with your Service.

From walking into the showroom 14 weeks ago it was brilliant it was the first of. Many on that retail park I knew before making a decision we would go back but just had to see what the other suppliers had to offer . First class service from the salesman to the delivery of our furniture which we love ! Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Ordered a sofa 17 weeks ago in the colour we wanted, charcoal. It was finally delivered last Tuesday and it’s the wrong colour. Even the delivery guys said it was the wrong one!

We put in a complaint straight away, only to be told that this is apparently the colour we picked and there’s nothing they can do about it. They even said if we want to take it further, we should get a solicitor.

They’ve got all our money, won’t take the sofa back and won’t offer a refund. So what exactly is the point of the warranty?

It’s basically their word against ours, but we know what we ordered. We ordered CHARCOAL, not GREY.

Absolutely unacceptable service. After waiting 17 weeks, this is how they treat customers. We definitely won’t be buying from this company again.
