Communication from purchasing sofas to the actual delivery was very professional and informative. Arrived on time and quickly got to work getting them installed.

Peter and George were efficient, professional and friendly. They made sure we knew how all the electrics worked and went above and beyond. Let us informed before delivery too. Well done to them both

We purchased the sofas they are ok but not top quality. We decided to take the warranty at 350 pounds this is where it started to go wrong when we printed the full details we were charged £50 for a care pack that we were told was free so I asked to take it off as this can be purchased for max £25 but seeing that I already have this as my previous sofas were leather we did not need it. We were advised this could not be done so had to cancel the whole warranty (not happy about)as this cleaning kit had nothing to do with the warranty. Then getting the refund was a bigger nightmare took forever but we did eventually get refund. Would I buy from this company again 🤔 No based on quality and warranty experience.

Initial date for delivery supplied but allowance for early delivery noted. Appointment received for delivery. In total I received 5 messages about the delivery (a little overkill)
3 days before delivery it was cancelled due to delays. No further date supplied. A week later my wife is contacted and informed of a new date, but not me even though I am lead name.
I had to go back to the store to confirm what was happening. They confirmed the delivery date.
On the day of delivery, I received calls from the delivery men confirming 1/2 hour delivery.
They delivered the sofa, made sure it was working and took all the rubbish away. Top delivery lads

I received the wrong colour in my sofa and I was told there’s nothing that can be done even though the mistake was made on their end.
I’ve spend £3,000 on a sofa and it’s not the correct on!!!!!! The saleslady put in the wrong code for the fabric.

Not taking any responsibility for this mess.
Rang up today for the third time and the lady on the phone was so rude! Honestly the staff here need to really respect a paying customer. Never experienced such horrible customer service.

Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY NOT

Received my sofa and chair, not happy sofa is damaged and the chair one of the legs doesn’t sit correctly. I have rang and emailed haven’t had any luck it’s been 5 days. The quality doesn’t look like the same one in store. One of the chair the legs are damaged.

How long will it take to get a response? After reading these reviews I don’t even think I will get a response.

Had what we wanted in stock as a showroom piece, sold at a much cheaper price. The member of staff (can’t remember his name sorry!) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Super experience and it will hopefully be delivered within 10 days of ordering!

The drivers were very efficient and showed me how to use the recliner and delivery times were excellent, so far I am happy with my lovely new sofa.

No pressure from staff. Tariq knew his products and was informative but not pushy.

My sofa was delivered in the wrong colour, and the customer service has been terrible. I’ve received no real help or response to resolve the issue. Once they had my money, it felt like they no longer cared.

I called on Saturday and was told by a member of staff that there is new management and that the new manager is “not for the weak” to deal with. I was also told that the previous manager is no longer there.

I also spoke to a manager called Josh, who promised he would sort the issue out, but nothing has been resolved and I’ve had no meaningful update.

I’ve now had to open a complaint with my finance company because I couldn’t get anywhere with the retailer. Based on my experience, I would avoid buying from them.

Professional, friendly, and no pressure. Good quality products. Only downside is takes too long to deliver

Really pleased with my couch and armchair delivery men were great too.

We waited months to receive the chair but knew it would be. The delivery team where polite and tidy. We are disappointed at the fact the leather after sitting on it once has seated, the one in the shop had been sat on by many people and had not seated.

Everything went smoothly the men who delivered the settee took their time and explained everything to me
