My very first visit today along with my husband.
I am shopping on behalf on my 91 year old mum, who relies on me to do all her shopping.
From the moment I walked in, I found the whole experience calming, friendly staff and a huge selection to look at.
What struck with me was the young lady called Lowri, such warmth, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, she allowed me to wonder round without any pressure at all, that I have experienced before.
She answered everything, she explains everything and I felt very comfortable around her and in the place.
The choices were amazing, it's not easy doing this for someone else who cannot get there.
The quality of recliner chairs and sofa s was superb, the prices excellent and the colour range was amazing.
I will purchase from here for my mum, and my husband and I will definitely return.
Lowri needs to be given full credit, lovely lady and made whst was very stressful not so by the time I left.

Received a message they would be here between 8.45 & 9.15 am and could track transit on the link However when I tried this it kept coming up ERROR so tried calling local shop it was closed until 10am at that time the furniture van turned up.
The 2 lads were very pleasant and apologised said they had 6 deliveries before me and how far they had travelled they had no time for a drink as the were only allowed 3 minutes per seat to remove packaging and assemble and be on there way
I really felt so sorry for them as it was 26 degrees at that point

everything went to plan -we had delivery earlier than expected- furniture assembled quickly and efficiently

Sent a sofas in the wrong colour and said it was my fault as i did not check the invoice which had no colour code on it. also one of the feet was off set offered me a £100 also found out that the sofas are made in china. No help at all

I appreciated the product knowledge of the sales team representative which greatly assisted me in selecting the optimally padded grey leather pair of armchairs purchased to replace a pair of brown leather armchairs with built in recliner, massage and heat control. It was unfortunate that your sales representative failed to order all of the extra facilities I needed in the replacement armchairs, realized his error and contacted me on my home telephone number to come back to the Imperial Park Retail store at Unit 6 in Hartcliffe, Bristol where he would provide me with a new sales receipt which included all of the reclining, massage and heat control facilities available on the Adstock Power Recliner Tech Chair at an additional cost of £878 added to the original pair of £2,405. That I felt was completely avoidable and could have been corrected more easily and conveniently for your customer on my first visit to the Imperial Park Store, especially when I am paying a considerable sum of money for 2 replacement armchairs that are worn out after 14 years of continual, daily use

Had text message saying delivery 8.50am to 9.15am then had phone call 7.11am had call will be 20 mins how can these times be so very different nearly 2 hours difference x

They helped us move our old furniture over due to Clearbee letting us down at last moment (picking up monday). Meanwhile we are closed in by two sets of furniture. They were very efficient at putting it together. Weren't long at all and lovely guys.
