Delivery was very good and the delivery men were very friendly and efficient.

Not received all information appropriately, vague explanation and prices not clear, hidden cost

I had a query about difference in price of 2,to 3 seater, very rude male staff at Imperial Park!! I was also told the delivery date & I explained I would be on holiday on that day but no note of that on the invoice! Query not answered!!

The showroom was very smart and calm we were not pressurised by salesmen but they were there to help very polite and professional. Joe was very helpful and his advice helped us decided on a sofa which will be delivered this week. Felt we were treated very well and it made it a good experience.

I went into the imperial park store to take a look with a plan to make a purchase, whilst looking i came across a lift and stand chair which I tried, unfortunately whilst trying it,
it happened to get caught up with a chair behind it and as it turned out the Manager of the store was sat in the chair behind mine, as it pushed the chair behind, the Manager shouted at me (in front of other customers) to stop using the chair as its ruffling up his carpet. After he dealt with the other customers, I had word about the way he spoke to me…at no point did he apologise for his outburst, I told him it’s not my job to come into store to rearrange his store before testing the Sofas and chairs.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no way to complain it seems. Not happy one bit.

Great settee & chair. Disliked having to pay extra for different colour choice of fabric. (Even though fabric chosen was the same as display model).
Seems a little underhand charging a lower price on display model.
Salesman although polite was more “pushy” than I would have liked. Delivery time quite long!

Made to feel very welcome in the store including our greyhound! Joseph was helpful in helping us find the sofas we were interested in and the colours available. Demonstrated the recliner options and explained the warranty. Overall great service.

Staff knew his stuff and was very patient

Just some feedback, went into the imperial store to have a browse with my family. We were greeted by a rep as soon as walked in which was fine however she then followed us around the store. She interupted our conversations we personally had about sofas. And when we went up in the lift with pram, she walked up stairs to just watch us and follow us around the next floor. Felt very uncomfortable and in the end we left the store as it was too much.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff in store. Delivered several weeks earlier than expected. Good communication re delivery. Delivery men very good and friendly.
