Excellent service from start to finish from Aaron and the team! Couldn't recommend them highly enough

Bought a couch with the help of Dylan who was a great help. Dylan gave us a variety of different options and colours of the couch we were looking for which led us to the couch we picked out. Highly recommend having Dylan’s help to help customs find their perfect couch for their homes

I am more than happy to leave a ‘5’ STAR REVIEW in relation to my positive customer experience with the staff at SCS Bromborough who were all knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful.

In February I ordered a Bormida leather power 4 seater recliner Sofa & Sienna rug, I placed the order with Suzanne at the store who helped with the choices & options. Since that date there have been a number of issues re failed scheduled deliveries & online communications, exacerbated at the time, by the fact there was no direct line to stores. I understand the issues were during the integration of IT systems after a recent change of ownership.

During this time the Bromborough staff did their very best to help & once the store direct phone number was re-listed online, I could then communicate directly with them (rather than have to drive to the store) &, without delay, they dealt with all matters resulting in my sofa being delivered today by the delivery guys who were polite & respectful of my property.

My thanks to Suzanne for her help throughout & her courtesy phone call today to check the sofa had been delivered & everything was ok & also to other staff members, Caitlin, Emma & Dylan for their help in dealing with this.

The delivery was on time ,guys where quick,they had to come through the lounge window which was no problem! Sitting on my new sofa typing this

Awful experience and communication from all parties is beyond awful.
Delayed arrival several times
Constant chasing with no follow up
Lots of false promises
Never again stick with DFS at least they know what they are doing

Terrible service, terrible manager from store.

Compensation still not been sorted and doesn't take nearly 2 weeks to get that sorted

The delivery came within the slot specified in the message earlier that day. The delivery was quick and the drivers were polite.

We arrived at the Bromborough store with an idea of what sofa we wanted, but no clue on the fabrics, textures and colours. We were greeted by Aaron who we explained this to and he was super helpful in understanding our needs. He showed us to the sofa in the show room and brought over the right fabrics we described. We spent around an hour in the store, we didn’t feel pushed and Aaron gave us plenty of time to make decisions. He then went through the order process with us and it was super simple. All the other staff were super polite and made us feel welcome! Would highly recommend we got a lovely sofa for a great price.

Great service at SCS Bromborough. Kaitlyn and Emma were super helpful in assisting us buy our sofa for our nursery. They weren't pushy but just gave us very helpful guidance in picking what would work best for us both cost wise and functionality.

Tony & Steve came to deliver a sofa I had ordered from ScS furniture store.They were really professional,courteous & friendly.They set the sofa up for me & took away all the packaging.A real credit to ScS.Thank you both

Don't do it!
I ordered a carpet with a long pile. The short and long pile had separate names which i was not aware off. I relied on the sales assistant to order the long pile which she did not. I was asked to check the colour before it was fitted which was correct
When i walked on the carpet I realised it was short pile. I immediately went to the shop but they were not helpful. It has left a very unpleasant taste and would never shop from SCS again

Michael was wonderful to be around, reassuring and informative. The store was a great layout and smelt lovely. 10/10 thank you, excited to get my sofa 😄

Went to the Bromborough SCS today to “look” for a 3 seater & 2 seater sofa. I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman called Michael who advised that any sofa could be made in any of a wide variety of fabrics on display . He also showed me several sofas to suit my budget. I left the store having “purchased” a recliner 3 seater & a non recliner 2 seater in a fabric of my choice. Michael was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. An all round good experience. Would recommend especially as the store since it has changed ownership seems to have much better quality & variety of sofas.

Emma at the Brombrough store was absolutely lovely and very helpful with us choosing our new sofa! Loads of different colours and style options! I'm picky about the way things feel, so getting a little sample and being able to touch it is extremely important to me.

Just purchased our Sofa for our first home with the help of Aaron! Couldn’t recommend enough, he made the process so smooth, stress free and was super helpful - so thank you Aaron!

We have been to the Bromborough store
previously but never been able to find a sofa that suited us.
On this occasion however we not only found the sofa and chair to suit, but in the colour and fabric we wanted. This new store is so much better since reopening, they offer a wider choice in furniture which can be made to our own specification.
We were served by Aaron, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely patient, he listened and gave some very helpful advise. He and Emma were a pleasure to meet, they were both very friendly and not a bit pushy, we were given plenty of time to browse at our own pace.
We would definitely recommend the Bromborough store, 5 star.

I have recieved my beautiful sofa I went back to the store after alot of miscommunication. The staff at the Bromborough store were brilliant and soon rectified the issue and had my sofa delivered thank you.

AVOID!!!
I ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater Lazy Boy sofas. £6,398 Paid extra for warranty and and for the fabric to be treated. First sofas arrived damaged.. Told to take delivery of them and they would sort a replacement. After no word I phoned customer services, was listening to music for 1.5 hours. Tried again, and again. Eventually got through. Was told they would be in touch soon. 2 months later, I went back to the store having not heard from them.Manager couldn't get through either but said hed keep on trying. This went on and on. Manager of store no longer works there.Eventually second lot of sofas arrived. Weeks later i got a phone call to say we're sorry but we forgot to treat your sofas with the protection, so we're going to have to take them away and re order your sofas. Yet again, phone calls to support centre were a waste of time so back to the store again and again.
Eventually, nearly 10 months after purchase, I took receipt of my sofas. I have recently an issue with the arm on one of the sofas. When you lean on it,its goes right down.Had to pay £60 for engineer to come from SCS as warranty doesn't cover this,only mechanisms. I couldn't believe what i saw when he turned the sofa upside down... underneath the arm, in between 2 slats of thin wood,was cardboard that had a large hole in it
large enough to put your hand through. He said thats your problem. Ive got some cardboard in the van so can repair it for you. Seriously!!! CARDBOARD is the only thing holding the arm up?He said yes and it happens a lot to SCS sofas.He did his best to repair it,but its not as firm as the other arms,and still sinks in the middle. LazeeBoy clearly are no longer a quality brand. Im disgusted. If the cost was £1500,I could expect cardboard. This spoilt what should have been a nice experience. My old sofas that I paid a hell of a lot less for and had had for 8 years, were in better condition than these new ones.There is no after sales support.I will never buy from here again. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

MISS-SOLD

Ordered sofa 19 January with expected delivery 3 March.

Miss-sold by Bromborough store.
Did not inform me of £30 administrative charge.
Added gliders to order @ £50, again neglected to ask if I wanted and did not tell me adding to order.
Added fabric care @ £49 which I specifically advised I did not need.

I have emails SCS with no response.

Sofa delivered 7 May.

NEVER USE SCS. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
