Pleasant helpful staff, good choice of sofas

All the staff in the Carlisle store were so helpful, especially Jordan and Stephen. I haven't received my sofa yet but I'm sure everything will be great

Firstly, we weren't rushed or pounced upon and we browsed for a while and tried out a number of suites and chairs. A young lady, Vicky, then asked if we required any guidance. She was very friendly and personable and answered our questions honestly and straightforwardly. She didn't push for a sale and suggested various options once she had an awareness of our requirements.
When we had selected our choice the options for paying were explained. Having chosen a particular payment choice the security checks and accompanying paperwork did seem to take a long time and could be conditioned OTT.
Overall our experience was very positive from the service provided by Vicky and other staff we were in contact with to the explanation of the delivery dates and the amount of time we had to amend the order.

Lovely store, plenty choices

Lilly introduced herself and explained to us what the label colouring on the sofas meant. She explained to us the different features of some of the sofas and the choices of the different fabrics. Lilly was polite and professional during our visit.

Staff were very helpful and made us very happy and thank you to the young girl who was very helpful just hoping my sale comes here on time stated thank you.

The two men that came were truly outstanding did t just walk through the house to see where the sofa was going but put blankets down throughout. It was pouring with rain but it didn’t stop them delivering a great experience. No mess at all. Thank you

I thought I ordered leather and got fabric not right colour but I signed a contract no help what so ever
No customer service just a joke

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They explained the offers and showed me the different fabrics.
This ultimately helped when I ordered my new sofa etc.

We visited the store two days running as I'd forgotten to take my colour match cushion with me the first time. The first visit we were helped by the lovely Vicky and the second time by Mike. Both members of staff were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
We purchased quickly and easily just what we wanted and are now waiting with excitement for delivery day 😁
The only negative comment would be about whatever that is that you pump through the air-conditioning the smell is too over powering. You need something much more subtle and less in everyone's face the minute they walk through the door.
