Job well Done
What can I say? The chaps arrived at about 7 a.m. on a very cold and icy morning. They were cheerful and chatty. I offered drinks and bacon sandwiches, but they kindly refused and got on with assembling my new sofas. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. A big thank you guys hope you have a great day.

SCS Sofa
SCS staff were excellent and helpful. My partner and I were given time to look around the store and then where approached by a gentleman called Giovanni. He was very helpful and was clear with all the information we asked for. He was very thorough and was always explaining every step of the process.

I visited the store a couple of times…
I visited the store a couple of times and was helped by both Alex & Giovanni. Both provided excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. They talked me through my chosen sofa, with all its configuations and fabrics. I'm looking forward to relaxing in my new power recliner sofa when it's delivered in the new year.

The whole process was a shambles I paid…
The whole process was a shambles I paid for Saturday delivery but they tried to deliever on the Thursday after I had explained my husband needed to be here as I am getting over a brain bleed I phoned and sorted it as o thought then the delivery time on the Saturday was supposed to be between 1 and 3.30 eventually they came at 6.30 and then said we couldn’t have both our settees only the 1 even though they were both on the van the man said it wasn’t on his paperwork the other man said just leave it they ended up phoning the office and the lady said yes deliver it the whole thing caused me a lot of stress which I did not need I have brought furniture a few times from SCS but now I will seriously think about it was messed around too much and with not being well gave me too much stress

Delivery deferred twice. Seats don't fit together flush. And there's a split on the leather. Would not go to SCS again or recommend unfortunately.

The delivery team (Kevin and Steve), were very friendly and efficient. I was kept informed of the expected delivery time and got a call 20 mins before they would be arriving. They got my chair in place and set up very quickly, excellent service.

Brilliantly both delivery
Nick and Steve were two really good, friendly guys when they delivered my new corner sofa. They found my car park easily (even though they couldn’t get the van in with the tight angle), quickly unloaded each section with care and brought them into the flat and soon assembled it, putting the feet protectors in place as they went along. Great banter too. They really work well together. They tidied up as they went along and wished me well with my new sofa.
They really get my praise for their delivery. 10/10.

Slight issue of incorrect sofa…
Slight issue of incorrect sofa initially delivered with correct one delivered today. Brilliant driver in Marvin, helpful in sorting out the initial issue, both delivery teams giving excellent customer service during both visits.
Castle Vale store’s Sukdev also worthy of mention for his guidance and help.
