I was told my new settee that we ordered in December will be here around end of February now being told may 3 months later

We recently purchased a new sofa from the Castle Vale branch.
Vanessa helped us choose the right sofa for us with the perfect material.
We went through lots of different options and talked through the manufacturing process, time scales and what to expect when it arrives.
We are very happy with the service provided and we are looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

Giovanni provided us with an excellent service and show around. After detailed consideration of different sofa styles and materials, all helped by Giovanni, we bought few pieces of furniture. Now excited and awaiting our delivery.

We seen exactly what we wanted and we were at the store early morning so was able to complete purchase quickly

I had furniture from this store I only had the furniture 2 months . The arms of the furniture and the bottom of the chair and sofa have gone all bobbly like an old sofa . It is absolutely disgusting. I have been told that this is normal for the fabric on the furniture. Why the hell you use this fabric on a sofa knowingly knowing that this furniture is going to be used day in and day out . I have paid over£3000 for a peace of junk . And the best bit is it is supposed to be endurance ,which i always thought was more sustainable. What a joke . I will never buy from this store ever again . Mrs D Mitchell.

Exceptional customer service

We had an outstanding and very helpful experience with two of the staff members: Tanvir and Gulab. Both went out of their way to help identify the appropriate choice of fabric and match it with the tones in the room. They were incredibly helpful and overall helped us to purchase the sofa in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Given plenty of time to view in store. Didn't feel under pressure by sales persons Lots of choice.

I took my mom to look for a new 2 or 3 seater sofa and either an armchair or snuggle chair, the showroom was very well set out and welcoming.We were greeted by Giovanni who explained the layout and left us to look around but would be at hand if required.Both Giovanni and the store manager were very helpful when we did require assistance.Products were chosen a price agreed and a deposit put down. Later that evening it came to light that the porch door was a smaller width and we had overlooked this which caused a sleepless night for my mom worrying that her purchase would not get in the house.She had not to have worried because on returning at opening time the next day Giovanni was again at hand to suggest another product that would come in pieces and turned out to be bit cheaper to boot, problem solved.I cannot thank the staff at SCS enough with Giovanni going above and beyond to resolve our issue, great service and highly recommended.

We recently visited the Castle Vale store and were really impressed by the new look store and the reception we got. We were met with a lovely gentleman called Bobby who introduced himself and told us of in-store offers available to us on the day. We told him we were just browsing and so he left us alone to have a look around. He was never far away should we have any questions so never felt pressured in any way. We finally found the sofa we wanted and he was so helpful in choosing fabrics/colours and even made me a lovley cup of coffee. I cannot fault the service we had from them and would definitely recommend the store to anyone. Well done Bobby!

Fantastic customer service from Giovanni. We went in unsure about colour, style etc and Giovanni spent time with us exploring different options taking account of our requirements. We are looking forward to seeing the end product when it is ready as everything is customer made . Thank you for your help .

We found the staff very helpful and friendly , with the help from the staff we were able to select the furniture we wanted. We are now awaiting the reclining chair in February and looking forward to the arrival date.

Ordering instore was more expensive than online ? £39 more which was confusing tbh they should of matched the price.Also the delivery date in store was around 2 weeks later than online?
