Phil was very patient with us as we took a while to chose , very informative about all our options of style and colour.
Sofas now arrived and we are over the moon, delivery guys fab too.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding my purchase from ScS Cheltenham and my interaction with the staff, especially Bethany who was really helpful BUT the delivery side on the day was appalling! The two men (neither spoke much English)who came completely rushed putting my furniture together. Neither wiped their shoes on entering my property. It was obvious that they just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. One of them pushed a desk across slightly to accommodate the length of my new sofa but has scratched my wooden flooring in doing so. ScS need to think again about who they have contracted to deliver their products as these guys are ruining their reputation!

Staff very helpful but my only issue is that the cost of the extras (damage insurance and cleaning products) were not mentioned although comprehensively described and 1 item was not put on the invoice

We were greeted in the store by friendly staff and we found what we were looking for, then order was placed very easy, now we wait for delivery

Very careful team delivered the sofa, check where it was going, checked the flooring and carried the sofa in accordingly. Both very friendly and courteous.

Phil made our experience very comfortable he was helpful with all aspect's, materials, functions, prices, delivery etc on both days we saw him.

Superb service. Ollie was so helpful without being pushy at the Cheltenham store.
The only thing I would say is there is no telephone number of where to make any balance payment on the paperwork.

We booked an appointment first.
When we both walked into the store we were greeted by a sales assistant saying Ciao.
We already new what we looking for roughly, the sales assistant was Beth.
Beth showed us to what we were looking for and the different sofa arrangements that was available.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, we sat down on what we liked and liked it, Beth then got all the different samples of the material that was available, we chose which one we both liked. We then purchased 2 of the same sofas.
Beth went above and beyond our expectations in our opinion well done.

Friendly staff, useful advice, no pressure to buy

Koli was unbelievably efficient. Professional, informative, polite and we didn’t feel as if we were being forced into a sale. Koli is a true asset to the company and a credit to the organisation! Service second to none. We will certainly direct any friends looking for sofas in his direction.

Good furniture. Very pleasant and friendly staff. A thoroughly enjoyable experience (and a cup of tea).
The ordering process was well conducted and efficient.

I am writing to report a deeply unpleasant experience at your Cheltenham store today. Not only was the staff being loud and unprofessional upon our arrival, but we were also met with blatant rudeness.

After being told the store closed in 20 minutes, a staff member told us to "control our child" because of breakable items nearby. This comment was patronising and entirely uncalled for. We left immediately and will never use your services again. Your team’s behavior was a disgrace to customer service standards. We are not the sort of people to allow our son to run wild in any setting so to be told what we need to do upset my partner.
