I liked the recliner I ordered but understood it would be delivered in two months not three months.

Delivery date.

The colleague was absolutely brilliant. He gave us the information we needed on the suite. But when we were looking around he gave us space. This is a special skill because pressure to buy makes me walk away. He understood this it seemed and so I brought the suite.

Although our delivery was quite late in the day and I’m sure the guys were exhausted by then, every care was taken to ensure the set up went smoothly. Made sure it was positioned in its final resting point and even dressed the cushions. Really pleased with the delivery and product.

Very good knowledgeable sales team in the store.. however... we decided to order our sofas online not for any particular reason but couldn't fault the whole process from start to finish.
We were kept up to date with provisional time lines and delivery information.
We kept our fingers crossed that the sofas would fit through door way ok.....they arrived well wrapped and easy to manoeuvre.

Excellent notification about delivery, pleasant helpful delivery men, came to time

Very disappointed. Told our delivery would be Dec 27th so we cut our time away early to be home in time for collection. It did not arrive. Sent messages and tried to call the delivery company and scs but with no luck

Its now been 6 days since my last review about Cheltenham scs and only half our order being delivered on the 3rd attempt.
Lynsey from scs social media team replied to my last review saying she had contacted the cheltenbranch to phone us with an update as soon as possible.
6 days later and nothing from anyone at scs to say when we might see the chair we have ordered. This is how little respect they have for their customers.
Who knows if we will ever recieve are chair but it's ok scs have had their money from the finance company.

Quick to take our money.....still waiting delivery of our sofa......every excuse as why it cant be delivered.....but apparently its waiting to be delivered has been for 5 weeks.
Been promised next week......NOT GOOD ENOUGH.... Next excuse wrong type of tarmac on the road surface

The buying experience was good and Oliver at Cheltenham was very helpful without being pushy. The 2 sofas are exactly what was ordered. Delivery guys very polite and made sure recliners etc working before they left. Only problem was that the delivery date was changed from June to mid-July and they actually came on 5th August! Also they do not make it clear that you have to pay the balance through your local branch. The ScS customer services were difficult to contact.

The delivery team were very informative and polite. They phoned and said they would be with us in less than an hour and was here in about half an hour. Put both chairs together and tested them and was gone within half an order. Thumbs up to both of them.

The two delivery men were polite careful and very quick.

So I have emailed, called, gone into store in person and left a review. Still no contact and still no sofas. Absolutely no idea when I might even hear back let alone have something to sit on. The absolute worst customer service I have had I can only recommend to shop literally anywhere else other than this company. I hope I will be getting some decent compensation considering they have had thousands of pounds off me with no product and no response as to why it hasn’t been delivered. For reference it should have been delivered months ago.

I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL CONTAINING THOSE DETAILS, YOU HAVEN’T REPLIED. maybe if you spent some time checking said email, you wouldn’t write so many of these copy and pasted replies on here…

My wife and I visited the Cheltenham SCS Store late last Sunday afternoon we were “just looking” as we were in that area of the town and not intentionally looking to buy at this time.

Beth and colleague ( whom we did not get name of sorry ) were absolutely fantastic during our visit,both happy,cheerful and super friendly.

No pressure sales and answered our questions quickly without hesitation.

We spotted and tried out two sofas which would be suitable for our kitchen.
After some friendly and good old fashioned haggling,we purchased one and a floor rug,which they further reduced for us,although both items were already heavily discounted.
Thank you both very much!!

We settled up and arranged collection,and left feeling inspired by the customer service experience we had just received.

We collected sofa today ( Tuesday ) and again,customer service was excellent,attentive and practical.

I feel that the public are always quick to moan and complain when things don’t go their way,but rarely take the time to write a good review but we feel if people just take a little time and have patience,all situations can be sorted out.
In SCS Case though most People do take the time as their good reviews show.

A fantastic experience and we are so glad “we popped in”

A very professional and prompt delivery, the two guys were really accommodating and friendly, taking great care of the delivered furniture and of our property, first class.

I have had a fantastic experience with SCS today. Particularly with help from Russell (from the coventry branch). He was absolutely fantastic in showing us a variety of sofas within our budget, explaining things very very clearly, and making us feel very comfortable. A great salesman!

Karen in Cheltenham was really helpful and friendly with our daughter. She was patient but not pushy and went out of her way to help us. She was informative and we had a great experience as a result

The guys who delivered my new three piece suite were extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble. Everything arrived packaged up, they undid it all placed everything where I wanted and made sure it worked. All the packaging was taken away, very efficient.
