The store had a lot of choice and the staff were very helpful we were served by Karen and she was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions.

Great service at SCS Cheltenham. Dean was welcoming and friendly and gave me time and space to look around. He was then really helpful as I made my choice, and nothing was too much trouble as checked dimensions, colour choices etc. Thank you Dean - you did a fantastic job!

It was so relaxing the staff we amazing the introduced themselves then left us to pop our bums down and try the sofas we wanted without being hassled.
But when we needed the help they were there very attentive and 100% knew what they were talking about. That's why we ent back next day and ordered our furniture

From when I walked into Cheltenham store was greeted well asked what was I looking for looked at a couple rise recliner then the sales man Dean showed my just what I wanted had me sit try out the controls so I bought it..a little bit of confusion with delivery but it here late but here …..

Went in to purchase a lift and rise chair with a matching sofa, admittedly we are not your average customers and we do tend to go back and forth quite a lot.
Daniella was attentive, very informative and nothing was too much trouble, if she didn't have the answers then her colleagues Ryan, the store manager, and Russell did.
There was a little miss-information surrounding one of the lift and riser chairs, however this was dealt with in a friendly, professional manor and an alternative solution put forward by the team and accepted, to me this is the sign of good customer services, not that there was a problem as things happen, more that they dealt with it in the way that they did. So thank you guys for making the purchase as hassle free and enjoyable as possible.

We've had a sofa (with two electric recliners) and a chair, also a recliner and they have never worked properly. They came to check them, but they were no better.
We have complained, but totally ignored. Very difficult to make any contact. The store refused to accept any liability, and their 'ombudsman' made a ruling after just seeing a couple of photos - they would not believe our concerns. If we want them to return and repair the mechanisms, we'd have to pay £75, even though they should be guaranteed for 10 years!
Will never shop there again. Dreadful after-sales service, and poor workmanship. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 armchairs from SCS and was advised delivery would be 7th March, but they 7th came and went with no contact from SCS. 2 weeks later I found that I could track my order on the website, which I hadn’t been told I could do. The website did not have a date to offer at that time. Last week I received an email advising delivery would be 28th March, that I would received an email and text message the evening before to advise of a rough time slot for delivery; it also asked that the space the furniture would go was cleared. I used my last day of annual leave to ensure I was at home all day on the 28th. I also had the old furniture removed as requested (which meant that there was no longer enough seating for my family, but we felt we could manage this for one evening). I received no email or text the evening before. On 28th I waited to hear from SCS until 11 before calling the customer service helpline. I was on hold on that phone line for 20 minutes before I chose the option of receiving a call back (the recording said my position in the queue would be held). I received no call back. Mid afternoon my husband called again and was on hold for 2 hours 30 minutes and then his call was terminated. Needless to say, the furniture was not delivered. I have sent 2 emails to SCS and have had no response. It is now Mother’s Day and I do not have enough seating for my family to sit together - it really has put a dampener on the whole day for me. The website still shows 28th March as the delivery date. I have no idea what is going to happen now, I have no more leave to take to be at home to receive the furniture, or when that might be. I can’t get any kind of response from SCS. To say that this has been a terrible experience is an understatement and if could leave less than one star I would. My advice to to shop anywhere else!!

Ordered on 12/1 from Cheltenham store. Initial deliver date was 11/3, then the order moved to 11/4, then 14/4, now 16/4. Written via their website to find out more info no response. Waiting in the telephone queue for customers services, no call back. Difficult to understand why the delay when other family members buy elsewhere after us and are enjoying their sofa.

Good service in store and helpful staff. Good delivery service. Dai and Scott were great in carrying and assembly of sofas. SCS customer service is very poor. Tried many times to contact them. Even with calls back option, no one from SCS contacted us. Still waiting for a partial refund.

Dai and Scott were on time, polite and very organised. They took all of the packaging away with them and placed the furniture where I wanted it.

Great service at this store. Ollie introduced himself, asked if we needed any assistance. We carried on looking around, never hassled. Once we had made a few choices Ollie explained prices, fabrics, makes delivery times so we could make an informed choice. No hard sell, just good advice and great service. Chanel also helped us and is an asset to the shop. Many thanks .

The delivery was on time both Charlie + Huw were happy and friendly they even looked to see which would be the best way to get our sofas into the house they were very careful when lifting the sofas in. We would highly recommended

Want to give a big shout out to our delivery drivers Russell, Simon, and Josh REF:527.
They called an our before delivery, and showed up on time. Profession at all times they assembled our furniture to a high standard, and took away all the rubbish. They even explained the operating features of the furniture as they were electric.
Only minuses were the call centre as they are a nightmare to get hold of. No one has an hour and a half to wait on the phone. Even though they called back, And we were missing a battery back but that was an order problem not a delivery problem. Well done boys.
Shout out to Ollie as well at the Cheltenham Kingsditch store who got us the best deal and was really entertaining.

Simon and Huw, the delivery team were great, gave us a heads up when they were due to arrive and worked really hard to get the sofa through a narrow space- thank you!
