Absolutely shocking service from the get go. We were made to feel like we were a problem and we didn't know what we were doing. The salesman was not helpful at all and his attitude was the worst I've ever seen in customer service. The lead time for a sofa was catered to his commission and when we said we weren't sure we would go ahead he just got up and walked off! Apparently the best salesman in the region, if that's the case this is extremely worrying for the new brand which is just SCS.

This is the second sofa I’ve purchased from Poltronesofa , the first one I ordered instore and had several
Problems and found the staff instore rather difficult to deal with , this time I ordered online and had a question about my order , I popped into the store to be greeted friendly etc and willing to help, however as soon as the BBC agent found out I ordered online his tone totally changed and didn’t want to know .
So once again should I need another sofa il order online as the staff instore are not willing to go above. And beyond unless they benefit from the commission .

Very well set out store and able to browse at my leisure also a very helpful assistant, unfortunately I can't remember their names. Delivery earlier than quoted and kept me informed. All in all it was very professional

The guys arrived on time, they came to look at the area first then brought the chairs in fitted them beautifully and all the time being very pleasant and respectful.

The chairs are amazingly comfortable, thank you 🙏.

Good service and professional staff

Good delivery time notifications, friendly men and took care in our home.

Came in last Sunday and saw Peter, who was extremely helpful and patient with us. Eventually we ordered 2 sofa’s but on returning home we realised the one of them would not fit into the room.
Subsequently I called the showroom on Monday to cancel one of them, but will come into the showroom in the next few weeks to look at a smaller one that will fit.
I am looking forward to delivery of my one new sofa, and did take the extended warranty offered as it seems a really good deal.

I am not happy with this purchase.
The sofa was delivered only yesterday. The delivery driver was in a hurry and did not even know how to assemble it properly. One of the connecting wires for the recliner was missing, so he left one section of the sofa unassembled.
We had to visit the store ourselves to collect the missing wire, and then we assembled and arranged the sofa ourselves.
After assembling it, we noticed several quality issues. There appear to be alignment and stitching defects, and one section of the sofa has a noticeable gap between the pieces.
The sofa does not look like a brand-new set because the foam in one section already appears to have collapsed and sunk. This is very disappointing for a newly delivered product.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange an inspection and provide a suitable solution As soon as possible.

It was a great experience purchasing my new sofa from Poltronesofà. I placed my order at the Croydon branch, which had a wide range of sofas on display, making it easy to find the right one. The ordering process was smooth and seamless.

The delivery took around 12–13 weeks, which is the company's standard lead time. I was kept well informed throughout and was pleasantly surprised when the sofa arrived two days earlier than the scheduled delivery date.

The sofa itself is fantastic—the design, colour, quality, and comfort have all exceeded my expectations. I'm delighted with my choice.

I was slightly concerned about the delivery because my entrance is a little narrow considering the size of the sofa. However, the delivery team did a splendid job manoeuvring the sofa inside despite the challenge. My sincere appreciation to them for their professionalism and care.

Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would happily recommend Poltronesofà to anyone looking for a high-quality sofa and excellent customer service.
