The staff were very helpful and friendly service, the delivery staff were friendly as well, giving me a call to let me know what time they would arrive and setting up our new sofa very efficiently

Called into Darlington store and were greeted by Andy who was very friendly and helpful, then he left us to have a wander by ourselves. He checked in with us after a while and explained all the options available for each suite we tried, which helped us decide on exactly what we wanted.

I came into the Darlington store with my husband and we were warmly greeted by Matthew as we entered the store. He asked us if we were looking for something special or if we just wanted to browse. We knew what we were looking for and told him and he showed us what was available. We liked one suite in particular but to make sure we also looked around the store to see if there was anything we liked better. Then we returned to the one we first liked. We were undecided and Matthew gave us the space to discuss it between ourselves. We then decided to purchase this suite and everything was seemless after that. We found Matthewto be extremely knowledgable and very helpful.

Able to track delivery via app and received phone call to advise when I could expect delivery.

The order process was excellent. Customer service at the Darlington Store was great, well informed & friendly.
I love my 2 seater recliner in a beautiful teal mixture material (anything but grey!!!!). Delivery was excellent too with plenty of notifications.
I understand the long wait - ordered in late January & delivered early May - as it was made to order in Italy.
