From the ordering in darlington store with andrew who was the most polite,understanding and helpfull person right through to the day of delivery i can not fault this company . The two guys who deliverd the sofas were very poilte and respectfull to us and our propety. Worked very hard in this heatwave .the sofas are very good quality and look stunning.

it was delivered on time the they put it altogether very friendly very pleased with the service.

I went to the store just for a look. I was approached by a staff member who gave me a guide on what the signs on the furniture meant. He answered all of my questions while i looked round, showed me all the choices of fabric in colour i wanted. Not pushy or in your face, but still on hand. Was quick and easy to order when i went back.

Ian was very helpful, knowledgeable. Buying a new suite a pleasant experience.

We are first time buyers and had looked everywhere for our dream sofa. When we viewed poltron’a sofa we were greeted by Ian who was beyond helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying straight away. When we returned again to purchase our sofa Ian had remembered us and gave us the best advice for our sofa. He made the process so much easier whilst make it an enjoyable experience with his charismatic personality. Would recommend going to see Ian to anyone who is searching for there dream sofa.
