Although the sofa itself is fantastic i was very dissappointed in the delivery. I was informed on purchase the delivery would be no later than 7pm and was given a delivery slot between 4:25 and 4:50. Having left work early the delivery was delayed multiple times i was stuck waiting for the delivery for 4 over hours in a completely empty house. For it to finally arrive at 8:30pm. Care kit was delivered leaking through the packaging and rubbish was left on my driveway for me to clear up. Given i payed £129 for delivery i am very disappointed as i did not recieve the service i payed for.

Excellent service from walking through the door. Attentive, nothing was too much trouble, very patient with my parents who are both in their 80’s. We were looked after by Beverley in the main but the whole team were pleasant and helpful. A great experience. Thank you 😊

Beverley was absolutely outstanding. Professional and understanding of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and she patiently listened to our particular needs and found us the perfect product in the Calboli suite. The rest of the staff were also brilliant, bringing us coffee and water and we were never rushed, but left to relax in the comfortable surroundings to make up our mind that this was right for us.

Deilivery bang on polite staff helpful

Very happy with my new sofa 😍 despite waiting a long time for delivery (made aware at purchase in store how long it would be) definitely worth the wait. Delivered by Liam & Todd, both were very respectfull of my property, both very polite and a good laugh. Made the whole experience even better. Very helpful with tips and setting up.

Received email & text at night before giving 7 - 12 time slot so booked morning off work. Day of delivery received email & text giving delivery time of 07.10 - 07.35.....8 hrs later sofas finally arrived !! No phone call to explain why they were late, just "oh yeah, sorry bout that mate" when they ginally turned up. Full day off work, important meeting missed....not good enough !!

We were approached by a sales assistant asking if we wanted help and said we were just looking around to get an idea of what we want. We were later approached by who we believed to be the manager who was extremely rude stating we should come to the store only when we are ready to buy and not to bother looking upstairs at the rest of the products as they were the same as the products on the shop floor… (which they weren’t) We found this very belittling, the member of staff suggesting if we we’re not purchasing today we should leave the store. Very disappointing customer service we will not be returning to buy a sofa.

I ordered my sofa on the 8th of October 2025 and was promised that it would be delivered before Christmas. The day before the delivery date late afternoon I received a text message saying my sofa would not be coming the following day due to it being damaged which then we were stuck without a sofa. They then re-ordered my sofa which will be arriving late January which then didn’t turn up on the delivery date and didn’t receive a phone call to say why it didn’t come and was left stranded with no sofa no phone call no new delivery date. then I got a new delivery date which then again didn’t turn up. I then spoke to the store and after-care, which then blamed each other to rectify this problem. i’ve currently paid two instalments and a deposit and still no sofa and it is now February 5th . I am now waiting on my 4th delivery date. I would definitely not recommend buying a sofa from Scs as the aftercare is horrendous.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Sales people lied to make sale took months to come but was told weeks after payment, the sofa came full of faults and defects uneven lumpy no padding in arms loose saggy material i caNt sit on it more than 30mins as itS that hard it hurts my ass ive refused it from day one sent pics im getting no where as customers service wont help now saying they need a technician to look at it but there none avaible for months im extremely unhappy with there nasty made sofa and there service sofa is not worth half the price ive paid ABSOLUTE JUNK CHEAP MADE WITH NO QUALITY CONTROL and will get neglected after purchase il be taking it to claims

The delivery people unwrapped my two chairs out on the main road outside my house not on the driveway or on my house. They also came inside my house and did not remove their shoes.
