Staff were very helpful regarding the product. They answered any questions that we had got and the main thing for me was being left for me to make my decision without any pressure.

Overall I have rated at three stars. This is only due to the very poor customer service centre. You can never get through and web chat icon might as well not be on the page. Call back takes days. You really need to get a grip of this part of your company as it lets the rest down.
In store in Doncaster can’t fault the service, professional and helpful.

Delivery service provided by Jason and Kaleb from Speedy Freight was excellent. Received updates as expected and they arrived as advised. I have read horror stories about deliveries. I recommend SCS should employ firms to the same standard as Speedy Freight and your customers would be happy

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish so helpful and gave excellent advice. My mum is super happy and can't wait to receive her new sofa

This company is shite. Can’t speak to people on the phone. Message you the day before your delivery is due to tell it’s not coming. I wish I had read the reviews first before I went and bought some furniture off these numpties. Utter garbage. Just hope somebody rings me today 5th April 2025 or else I’m going into the store…

Delivery drivers were on time, extremely polite and pleasant to talk to.

Joe & Mark was very nice & polite guys. They rang me to say how long they would be before they arrived at my property. They fitted my sofa bed in it's allocated space and took all of the rubbish away. Very efficient and professional job, thank you Joe & Mark.

Fabulous sofa, looks great and really comfortable.
Delivered by Joe & Mark, couldn't fault them, in and out in less than five minutes with sofa set up exactly where I wanted it even on second floor, both was very polite (even shut the door after themselves to stop the cats doing a runner) and tidied away all the packaging.

Sales team very good, shame about the estimated delivery date being wildly underestimated. We're now on garden furniture for an extra month.

Feet don't fit sofa so currently waiting 8 weeks for replacement,So we're sat virtually on the floor with legs sprawled out.Rang customer services 4 times now to raise a complaint but noone answers!

Had my new sofa delivered today, by Joe & Mark, excellent delivery drivers kept up to date with time and phone call when 40min away.
Put the sofa in place removed all packaging and very chatty and happy.
In store Beverly was very helpful in us deciding on colours and size.
Only downfall you can't speak to anyone direct over the phone or contact the store direct with a quick question, had to contact customer service and wait ages in a queue!
