When we were in the store everything was fine, didn't feel rushed , its a shame that things went downhill after that !
Delay in delivery ( no ones fault ) sofas ordered 26/04/26 delivery eventually 17/08/26
Mistake made in balance to pay, however these things happen and so we paid twice!
After balance was paid , was assured that sofas would be entered into the carriers website for delivery found out that job wasn't put onto the system until 2 days later , because of this the charity that was going to collect our old sofas could not make the day we were eventually given.If it had not been for the guys in M& H In Elgin , who heard how stressed we were said they would collect the old sofas and take them to a charity in Elgin. We said at the time we chose our sofas that we did not want cables trailing all over the floor ( fall hazard) we were assured by our salesman that this would not be the case and that everything would be plugged into a battery pack which we were told came with the sofas and would only need charged about once a month. Well on the day of delivery guess what no battery packs nor were there any Y connectors. Delivery man advised to contact SCS right away . Husband was going down to Perth the next day so said he would pop in . Attended the store in Dundee, only to be told that the salesman in question was not in that day! and to send an email with all the information on it . Husband just back today so is also sending an email to address provided.
This has really started to make me regret that I ever chose SCS to supply our new sofas , the sales team are all over you like a rash when you first go into the store ,now its slopey shoulder time !
Will wait and see if anything happens after email is sent if not trading standards will be contacted.

On time and good communication

The boys who delivered the couch and chair were very helpful ,Just like the staff in the shop where we got it from.It arrived on time ,everything was perfect and you delivery boys were so polite and friendly.Thankyou.

The entire experience has been excellent. Can't fault it.
The showroom staff were brilliant and so helpful.
We needed the sofa to be taken upstairs and it was an incredibly difficult manoeuvre especially as it was about 120kg.
But the two guys were absolutely brilliant and so considerate, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Overall it was an outstanding experience.

The assistants and management was 5star would return again

There was no pressure in selling and the advice was useful and constructive from staff who knew the products well. The products had plenty of flexibility in colours and composition, which suited our needs.

I have no complaints very happy with the service

The minute I walked into the Store I was led to Paul from his colleague, and Paul and I went through all my requirements as regards to the Colour I want and the measurements I gave him. I was unsure about what kind of Sofas I wanted, but after talking to Paul and being shown a Corner Sofa Unit which was within the size I wanted and choosing my colour and fabric, I went ahead and purchased it.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable member of staff - and no pressure! Beautiful selection , clean shop which also smells nice!

Sofas arrived and I reckon they are the wrong colour.I have submitted an after delivery form awaiting response.
Despite spending over £4000 on my suites the shop were unable to give me a material sample to allow me to decorate and carpet my living room to match the sofas.
Delivery was fine.

The men were quick and fast and did not damage anything , they were helpful polite and knew what they were doing...careful and respectful with a positive attitude.

It was very friendly and professional, I was looked after by the salesman throughout my visit.
The only one thing I would suggest is they have a coffee machine on site, I would assume for the customer so it would be a nice touch to offer coffees to them, I had to ask both times I visited, but as i said it was a very pleasant experience and I did purchase a sofa and chair.

Paul was extremely helpful and attentive.he was very infomative and knowledgeable about all the products we viewed.
