Can’t fault the service I received from the staff at the SCS store making the process of buying my sofas easy and arranging my delivery date. On the day of delivery I was given a time slot and was able to track the progress of my order which arrived an hour earlier than the time slot given ,the delivery men were very friendly and helpful unpacking the sofas and putting them in the position I wanted them taking the wrapping away with them. I am more than pleased with the service I got fro SCS.

Great process end to end. Particularly like the delivery process, on time, friendly guys and was careful when bring in and setting up the setups

Delivery men (Simon & Steffan), very polite and accommodating. Delivered to required room, put sofa together, made sure it was working, and far enough from the wall.
We did give to SCS another number to call on delivery day, unfortunately this was not given to the delivery men, not helpful.

The Store Manager could not have been more helpful

Delivered everything on time and put the furniture in place and put it together unfortunately the coffee table was damaged but no fault of the two guys scs promised an exchange.
