On entering the Durham store we were greeted by the friendly staff and lovely spa like smells! The staff are excellent at being in hand to give you all the info you need about the beautiful sofas and chairs (superb variety) without the high pressure sales - the experience is far superior to any store we have visited for furniture before. Shout out to Terry who went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted at a very keen price. The quality of the furniture is second to none and with knowledgeable staff, keen pricing and a great environment, I defy anyone to not find what they want!

Nice warm and friendly greeting when we came into store,we knew exactly what we wanted so member of Staff took us straight away to product and explained all about the colour selection and fabrics available. The delivery was due on the day at 3:30pm I received a call earlier in the day to say they were an hour and a half away and that meant the delivery was coming 3 hours earlier than planned great for me as off work but if you had planned around the original time you may have had to make some urgent plans

Good service in shop to delivery and upholster

I am writing this on behalf of an older family member who used my e-mail address when ordering, as she doesn't use technology or emails etc.. In terms of the staff in store she was very happy with the service. They were very helpful and patient as she literally looked at everything they had in store. She knew there would be an issue with being able to get a large sofa into her room so it had to be a specific size. She tells me that she was happy with her delivery experience. The 2 lads were very helpful and even attached the batteries for the chairs. There was a slight snag in that on first attempt they could not get the Sofa in the room and said that they would have to return it to store. Her brother was with her when ordering and he had measured the one in store to within a mm so knew that if attempted in a certain way and angle that it would just fit. She mentioned this to them so they took it back out turned it around and at this point they were able to get it into the lounge. Phew... all's well that ends well. The lads installed the feet and the sofa and 2 arm chairs look great. She is delighted with them. On the whole she was happy with her experience. The order date was quite long and it would have been good to get updates as the date got nearer but there was no issue when she phoned to enquire.
