Good service in shop to delivery and upholster

I am writing this on behalf of an older family member who used my e-mail address when ordering, as she doesn't use technology or emails etc.. In terms of the staff in store she was very happy with the service. They were very helpful and patient as she literally looked at everything they had in store. She knew there would be an issue with being able to get a large sofa into her room so it had to be a specific size. She tells me that she was happy with her delivery experience. The 2 lads were very helpful and even attached the batteries for the chairs. There was a slight snag in that on first attempt they could not get the Sofa in the room and said that they would have to return it to store. Her brother was with her when ordering and he had measured the one in store to within a mm so knew that if attempted in a certain way and angle that it would just fit. She mentioned this to them so they took it back out turned it around and at this point they were able to get it into the lounge. Phew... all's well that ends well. The lads installed the feet and the sofa and 2 arm chairs look great. She is delighted with them. On the whole she was happy with her experience. The order date was quite long and it would have been good to get updates as the date got nearer but there was no issue when she phoned to enquire.

Your consultant Jen was very knowledgeable in your products and provided us with lots of information. Extremely patient with us and on our return visit answered all our questions.

We were given a day of del in plenty of time.
We were advised the day before with an approximate time of delivery.
On the morning of delivery we were given a half hour window for delivery.
This was correct and the 2 lads were very careful and inconsiderate.

Everything went smoothly from purchase to delivery.

We walked in having never been in store before. Staff were professional, well presented and knowledgeable. They gave help and guidance without any over powering sales pitch Chloe and her female colleague in the Durham Retail branch were great. We returned when we had a confirmed house move date and Chloe met us to assist with our order. Ordering in store was cheaper than online and the personal touch really helped. Would revisit for future purchases and recommend to friends and family.

The girl we spoke to on entering the shop knew which sofa we wanted to see from our appointment and took us straight to it she was friendly, easy to talk to, informative and very professional

Furniture was exactly as ordered, delivery slot was as stated, drivers polite & professional, completed task. Only thing I found was that I had to ring twice as although ordered & paid for in March I was told how long the wait would be but had no communication from them since, I rang one day & delivery occurred following day.
