Assistant Derek was very helpful on my first visit. I then returned with my daughter and he remembered my visit. He was extremely patient answering all our questions. He even continued helping us after closing time. My only issue, is that I would have liked a paper breakdown copy of all costs, before the actual purchase, instead of that info being spread over several pages after paying the deposit.

The 2 guys Douglas and Robbie, were on time, called to give me a 30min slot. Very professional, quick and polite. Respected my home.

Friendly staff at the fort in Glasgow. Gave me plenty of choices and my sofa should come within 6 weeks but the computer was saying otherwise, they made some calls and figured out how to correct the system issue and if the sofa comes in 6 weeks I'll be very happy. I was ensured it would.

Sales staff brilliant delivery staff efficient and freindly but estimated delivery 7th August as that passed phoned customer sevirce was told been delayed said I wasn’t told girl laughed and said I know always radio silence and put phone went to shop and spoke to staff very helpful got date 19th that was cancelled by email and new date 24th was delivered on that date feel I could have been kept informed more. By wharehouse team .

From ordering suite and delivery of the suite was excellent. Had to get a later date for delivery.
This was sorted without a fuss.
Really pleased with the quality of the suite I picked.

Total shambles,couldnt get part of suite in and im still waiting on a re delivery 6 weeks later after fone calls and visits to shop.i paid nearly £4000 cash at the shop in the fort and im disgusted how iv been left

I had a great experience and Z the salesman at the Fort Glasgow branch he was really helpful and was able to sort an issue before it became a problem. I had sized my couches wrong but thankfully was within the time frame to have things altered. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Just waiting for them to arrive now but so get service has been excellenct!

Sofa delivered on time (Sales Order: S0057-1000560673), but the delivery crew heavily scuffed my hallway wall and chipped the corner of the skirting board while bringing the furniture into my home.
​I reported the property damage directly to customer service 3 days ago with photo evidence, but I have not received any response, update, or acknowledgment.
​How to improve: Please actually respond to customer complaints regarding property damage caused by delivery crews and arrange for the repair costs or a resolution promptly.
