I went to poltrone sofa-Glasgow to buy a recliner chair to give me the support I need due to my disability and i wanted to be able to relax safely and in comfort.
When my friend and I entered the store it was nice to see the assistant approach to kindly enquire if we needed any help and after telling him what I was looking for he then pointed out a few chairs that may be of interest to me and also told me there was a lift to take me to the next level to see more chairs there.
He then left both my friend alone for me to take my time to both look at and try some chairs that I might find are suitable for my requirements without feeling any pressure that I’d have to buy one. I then decided to ask his advice due to there being so much to choose from I’d finally agreed to buy the one the assistant had selected as it was an ideal choice.
I’m delighted with my purchase although I haven’t received it yet as I was told it’ll take between 10/12 weeks for it to arrive as it’s coming from Italy but I’m looking forward to its arrival. Huge Thank You to the kind assistant who attended to me and my friend my apologies I can’t remember his name but I appreciate the time and patience he gave me and his professional advice. I’d definitely highly recommend poltrone sofa-Glasgow to my friends family and relatives and they most certainly deserve 5+++++stars.

we had a very experienced assistant who kept us informed about everything.

We had previously visited the store 3 weeks prior to purchasing our recliners. On the first visit the staff were helpful and friendly with no sales pressure to but. Upon returning later the same staff member (Aimee) processed our purchase very quickly and with no fuss.

Great delivery guys. Wery polite and helpfull. Wery r very happy about delivery and delivery stuff.

Good sale price on shop stock , would have been 5*, if it could have been obtained sooner .

Very knowledgeable about the product. Not too pushy and allowed us time to go away, measure up and have a good think about the product.

The main thing that made our experience good was the sales assistant. He was excellent and was able to judge exactly how attentive to be. He gave us space to browse/disuss yet was immediately on hand when we wanted assistance. He was also pleasant, knowledgeable and followed up on queries/assurances promptly.
The range and choice in store was wide and we found what we were looking for.
My only other comment would be that we weren't provided a written invoice detailing our items and prices - though I'm sure it will be provided when I ask.

Couldn't fault the guys they were very good at mymums this morning built up sofa they took their time tidied up and showed her how to work the recliner placed it where she wanted it and moved a few things around for hershes 80 yes old.

The delivery team were absolutely amazing, they came the day we were told they would and they couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. The whole sofa was set up in less than 20 mins.

Sofa is brilliant too, exactly what we asked for and came with no issues.

Went to shop we were welcomed and got speaking to gavin the manager who got me all sorted without any problem it was good experience for me to visit the shop

Upon entering the store at The Fort we were welcomed by Derek who gave us a quick lowdown as to how the store was laid out and” colour code “ of the sofas on display.
After deciding on a sofa we called Derek over who advised us on the cost and any additional “ protection “ for accidental damage, then completed our purchase with no further sales pressure.

Hi I went into your shop at the fort in Glasgow the staff were very helpful and informative helping us with our choice I was very pleased with my purchase the only thing was the timescale of delivery but the staff explained the reason and I am willing to wait as I got the sofas in wanted
