What a great shopping day I had ,I found my perfect arm chair to go in my sitting room just the right color perfect comfort,my one gripe is that I have to Wait till September for my chair I just want to mention Karen the salesperson who was amazingly helpful she certainly knows her job

Very lovely staff and great products on show

We had been searching high and low for over a year to find 2 two seater leather sofas that were the right seat height and quality and then the right colour. The Poltronesofa Viserba range met all the criteria but we just had to focus in on colour. Luckily we met Karen at the Gloucester Poltronesofa Outlet and she was the only one who understood our issues and made effort to resolve them. We duly placed our order with Karen and now await our new sofas. Many thanks!!

Kept informed of delivery. On the delivery day had a text at 6:30am saying delivery between 8:50 and 9:20. At 7:05 had a call from the delivery team saying they'd be here in about 50 minutes. Get here a bit before 8:00. Were very quick getting the sofas in and setting them up. In and out in about 10 minutes.

Delivery was on the time they said. The chaps who delivered was polite and friendly they was respectful to my property and us. The service was excellent

The staff at the showroom were very helpful and friendly and gave good advice as we selected our furniture. The distribution centre were very accommodating when it came arranging delivery. The team who delivered and set up our new furniture carried out their task with care and demonstrated the functions. They were very respectful of our property and were friendly.

We had a great experience with the staff especially Andy being very knowledgeable.
It was noticeable that the quality of the products available were far better than the old Scs.

Walked into show room , welcoming greeting from collegue who informed us of process if we wish to purchase items , then left to browse freely , we then decided on sofa & chair which met our price range , good clear communication from staff , now looking forward to new sofa & chair which is due for sept delivery .

Initial delivery date offered was not suitable - change made very easily. Information about delivery time, updated regularly. Delivery went smoothly.

Neither happy nor particularly upset, just didn't feel like it was a quality experience.
Delivery timeline was 0700 to 1200.
Who the hell wants to take a delivery at 0700.
That was after 3 months of waiting for the product after it was purchased.
The delivery team were polite enough, but their care and attention left a lot to be desired.
Dragged new sofa over floor.
Bumped it into doors and walls.
Overall, not damage was really done, but it left a bad impression.

Delivered put together professionally done with 2 polite delivery guys.
