Patience of Martin, whilst selecting our two sofas, not rushed and not pushed to the more expensive sofa when we had shorted listed 2 sofas for one room. Happy with service and recommended to my daughter who also bought a sofa.

Today I bought a sofa. I was shown a variety of sofas which fitted the bill but I was guided towards the one which was perfect. I had been looking at sofas with numerous retailers for over a year but the staff in SCS, Grimsby were by far better than any of the staff in those retailers in supporting me to get what I wanted. I believe that I bought a sofa today, I was not’sold’ it. Fantastic customer service.

Visited SCS today we were assisted by Shaneen who couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful.
Shaneen made our purchase so easy and dealt with every very quickly.

Greeted by Paul and he explained how the shop worked. We were then left to browse and were sat discussing the sofa and chair combination when he returned to see if he could help. He was very helpful which resulted in us making a purchase.

We went to scs in grimsby this morning to purchase a bed settee. We where greeted by a guy called Wayne who was nothing but excellent. His expertise and knowledge was next to none and he made the whole experience was easy.

Help choosing the best suite for our needs. Being kept informed from purchase to delivery. Delivery guys quick, efficient, professional and arrived on time

Shaneen was very helpful, friendly and advised us the best way. She made us feel very welcome the service was outstanding

Greeted by Sam. Only popped in to browse. No pressure to buy. Help offered if needed. Offered a coffee. Very helpful with measurements. Help given when we asked with no pressure. Ended up buying a sofa and a chair. Easy to browse and order. 5 stars for Sam. 😊
