I was pleasantly surprised by our recent visit to your Harlow store. It was clean fresh and well arranged, albeit while I enjoyed the scent pumped through the front doors, my partner thought it was a bit strong.

The choice and availability of beautiful Italian designed sofas and the various material swatches, colours and fabrics was great.

We were left for the right amount of time to explore before being assisted by Levi who ultimately helped us buy the sofa for us, trying out a few different sofas and showing us how the features worked.

Levi was very accommodating and a valuable asset to your team.

I visited the Harlow store whereby a very pleasant gentleman answered all my questions gave me space to choose. He then listened to what I wanted.

We went to the Harlow branch and we served by Claire. She was absolutely wonderful. So friendly and made it very clear and simple to order exactly what we wanted while also going our ofbher way to try and find and find extras we wanted. I couldn't fault SCS and would definitely recommend

I would like to say thank you to Elliott for his excellent, friendly service and for helping us to choose the perfect sofa bed.
We received our delivery today which was actually earlier than we had anticipated. I would also like to say a big thank you to the two delivery drivers who managed to get our sofa bed into such a small space. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were both extremely helpful and professional!

It was a relaxed atmosphere in the shop, no pressure sales from anyone. I showed the sales lady,Clare, which one I was interested in. We sat on it and I chose a colour. Ws chatted about the sofa and then made the decision.
