Very rude and intrusive sales person in the Huddersfield store, followed us around as though we were going to take something it felt very uncomfortable. He told us we had better hurry and make a decision as the offers won’t be there after 17:00hrs ! We left the store and purchased from another company that had first class service. Will never go back in that store again.

Kami - Incredibly Helpful!
Kami, was helpful, pleasant, knowledgable and upfront about all the suites that we looked at including information on prices, continuations and options available in terms of delivery and payments.
Kami made the environment warm and friendly whilst also making small talk about other matters. There was no pressure to make any sort of purchase but key advice was giving to help with the decision about making one.
I cannot thank Kami enough for the help she provided today, and I look forward to receiving my new sofa!

Very professional, kept informed at every stage, especially like the live tracking! The guys Andrew & David were brilliant, very quick, very courteous and efficient. They explained the fabric care to us, no marks or scrapes to our property, took all packaging away! Awesome job! Happy to recommend ScS to anyone!

In January I had new sofa delivered
In January I had new sofa delivered, unfortunately the footstool with single bed inside was damaged, we understand that this things happen and it wasn’t an issue at this point. When the footstool was then delivered around may it was missing a leg (a neighbour took it in as I was out, I’d have refused it), obviously we contacted scs straight away and they said they would arrange a new leg to be with us in next couple of weeks, it never arrived, after lots of chasing up we finally got a leg sent, it was the wrong leg, you can understand and accept the first problem, but you’d think after that you’d make sure everything was perfect , but now 3 mistakes in a row. After lots of chasing up on our behalf and promise’s of phone calls which never happened, and now been told they no longer make this model of leg, we’ve asked for a refund and for them to come and collect as we obviously can’t use it (it’s been sat for in our hall since May), we was told by customer services that they can’t authorise this and a manager would contact us within two days, it’s been over a week now and no one contacted us and we are still left with a useless piece of furniture which we paid hundreds for !!
I’m honestly disappointed and disgusted with the treatment we’ve received and won’t be buying anything else from ScS

The person in the shop were great and the settee we brought is fantastic but one of the delivery men pull my curtain rail and broke the rail I was not very pleased with then as had to go to the shops to buy a new curtain rail iin your reply you forgot to mention my curtain rail

1st off delivery driver 5* they were…
1st off delivery driver 5* they were great
Shop 2 star - ordered charcoal and when order confirmation came it was in brown so had to spend 40min on phone changing it. Also noticed after sofa was delivered that it has wrong colour feet on
Customer service 2 star - text for delivery on a Wednesday even though paperwork said Saturday delivery. Spent 30min on phone sorting. I was told “we normally charge for Saturday delivery but we will waiver it this time” but i ordered Saturday delivery in the shop.
Overall - delivery lads were brilliant, shop staff clearly need more training and customer service don’t read paperwork.
I would have given 2 stars at most if it wasn't for the delivery drivers

Great lads who took care
The lads who delivered our sofa were really friendly and took great care when bringing in the sofas. They set them up really nicely with the cushions in place properly.

A very good service at shop finding a sofa still on offer at another shop. Shown round and helpful discussions. Followed by prompt delivery with thorough delivery drivers who kept me upto date via app and phone as to timing of delivery. Carefully installed and polite.

Very happy with our new 3 seater…
Very happy with our new 3 seater leather recliner. The sales staff were very helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble. The sofa was delivered as planned by Tom and Marc, both are very friendly. They installed our settee with care.
