Three days later, still nothing.
Perhaps it’s one of those firms where ones she have paid, they can’t be bothered with you ?

After searching in a number of furniture stores, Poltronesofa had exactly what we were looking for, the sales experience was smooth, and delivery was earlier than expected, which was a bonus.

Debbie was lovely and very helpful she had alot of knowledge which made picking what I wanted alot easier and stress free

Staff really friendly and really knew what they were selling.
Found it a little odd that the price changes depending on the fabric and there is no notification explaining this.
Delivery charge of £129 is extortionate.

My new sofa and chair was delivered on the date promised. Communication was first class, several e- mails and text messages kept me up to date with progress of delivery van.
Initial delivery time was 7am to 12noon. Text at 7am informed me they would be here 8am. Perfect.
Furniture arrived, unpacked, then assembled in less than half an hour. Great job 👍

Soon after l received sofa and chairs l noticed faults on sofa and one chair . Disappointed as had been waiting 4 months for delivery. However once l contacted S.C.S. l received an apology and once l sent photo.s of faults as requested l was informed l would be contacted in order for an appt to be made for someone to come and view faults. This has happened and someone is coming next week to do this. I think this was a good response and l am optimistic the problem will be rectified

Went to have a look for a reclining chair and the staff member showed us a choice of 3 which were all nice and did buy one of them.he was so polite and professional and not pushing for a sale

We initially chose the sofa in March and yesterday the sofa was delivered. The quality is very good and we're really happy with it. The delivery men were polite and took 'most' of their packaging with them.

Billy at poltronesofa Hull give us the best advise on which sofa was the most comfortable he explained about the different leather types he showed us the colour swatches,we picked a two seater recliner in blue demin we would definitely recommend Billy to our friends and family.

Very pleased with sofa and chair delivery guys were excellent only issue was they changed delivery so had to cancel carpet cleaners

The guys that delivered my suit were polite professional and very efficient,
The sales lady was also professional polite and not all pushy ,
The sofas themselves are absolutely lovely very well made and fits our room perfectly
All in all a very good product and aftercare from start to finish

From the lady who served me in store, to the gentleman that delivered the sofa I was very impressed with how professional and polite they were. I’ve had to wait almost 4 months but other than that I’ve received great service

Great experience from start to finish. Went in to the store sales person wasn't pressuring or anything showed us various options that we liked . Chose our sofa quick hassle free sale . Sofa arrived yesterday and my wife said the delivery team were fantastic and really respectful of our home . Will definitely use again for future purposes

Sorry to say but our new sofa bed was delivered with brute force and ignorence how no damage was not done to my house and new sofa bed I don't know, we have another sofa on order and its not getting ragged through my house like that one did !!! If my other sofa wasn't already ordered and paid for i wouldn't be buying another from you !!!
