The shop assistant was super friendly and helpful. The store was inviting with lots of options. The reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a very hard sell for the aftercare insurance with a lack of transparency that it was added on to the order without explanation. I really had to be on the ball to notice it had been added and quite firm that I didn’t want it!
The sofa we chose was very reasonably priced and I’m looking forward to receiving it.

Frist all we had no noteferction about the sofa coming so had to rush to get old out that no good enough and then the staff on phone phone to Kidderminster stall trying sort was very rude his name was matt and once they brought sofa we noticed after they gone they damaged our walls we just had nocking the paint work off

Delivery great but we did not receive our care kits for the sofas and there was a stain on one of the sofa legs, this has been reported. Also noticed that the electrical mechanism on the one recliner sofa is very juddery and the sofa seems to lift when the recliner is replaced. This is going to be reported

We were made to feel very welcome by Steph as we entered the store. It was a hot day and we were offered water which was appreciated. Steph demonstrated the mechanisms of a sofa and was kind courteous and a credit to the store. We made a purchase later that same day and very pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the professionalism of the staff.
