We had to wait 12wks for delivery on the new sofa.
However it was worth it the quality and being able to choose the fabric and colour was amazing.
The communication on delivery 🚚 was very good you can live track on the day Delivery Drivers Lucca and ? unpacked and built the recliner sofa and chair.

The suite is exactly as I ordered and it feels good to sit on. The staff in the shop were very helpful and I was given lots of choices and time to decide on final choice. The staff who delivered the suite were very helpful, they set all up for me in the places requested.

Poor communication re delivery dates. Text message sent to my husband. We were on holiday with no phone signal so picked this up too late to amend delivery date. We had to rely on family to take delivery.
All packaging has been put in my bin, filling it up meaning if we have any cardboard or paper we will have to visit the tip.

From visiting store to delivery of sofa everything went well. Staff were helpful without being pushy. Delivered within agreed timescale. Will use again.

The number of different styles of sofas/chairs and accessories was very good. They were positioned in such a way as to gain an appreciation of how they might look in place. Staff were available to answer questions and allowed me the time to make decisions without rushing me. They were very efficient when processing payment and explaining terms for the products I purchased.

Great. Delivery was seamless. Got delivery date one week before night before got time slot beteeen 7am-12. Was given one hour slot in the morning of delivery crew phoned 10 minutes before they arrived. There was also a link to check where crew were. Guys were great polite and courteous. Very happy with our purchase ftom start to finish

I was kept informed of the delivery time and the team turned up on time.
A team of 3 men brought the couch and 2 chairs into my home and they were very pleasant and got to work quickly in putting the couch and chairs together. They also made sure that they were powered up and were working correctly. They were very efficicient and tidied away all the packaging.
