Stunning store, with stunning range of sofas, friendly staff without being overbearing, gave me time to look around an when I was ready explained the range of fabrics clearly, highlighted various functions on the sofa I have chosen, order process was explained thoroughly with payment completed staff thanking me for my purchase, would recommend to anyone.

First time in shop. Store staff introduced us to layout and what coloured price tickets meal. We were left to look around with no pressure sales which I liked.
When we approached staff to purchase they were excellent clear communication very professional in a relaxed manner. Look forward to our new suite being delivered

We were an older couple and the young man, David l think was extremely helpful. There was no hard sell, which makes for a more pleasing shopping experience. Looking forward to seeing our new sofa.

The staff in the Kilmarnock store were so helpful , don’t have any complaints about the staff in store at all. Phoned store to get update on my sofas & was told they were being held by customs , then couple days later told me only 1 of my sofas was ordered , there was glitch in system at time of ordering & only 3 seater was ordered in January & would need to order 2 seater again in April , 4 1/2 months later . My sofas were due to be delivered Friday 17th , got a text the Monday before confirming delivery , Tuesday text says delivery cancelled , wed delivery , Thursday cancelled . Was so confused so phoned store they assured me it was being delivered on Friday . I understand things go wrong & there’s glitch’s in every system but don’t understand why it wasn’t picked up on until 4 1/2 months later , at point of delivery . Now to wait until 17th July for 2 seater 😡

very modern store. for kilmarnock it's like space. the smell is pleasant in the store. the staff is polite. i'm satisfied.

Your salesman,Norman, was excellent . Knowledgeable and a good guide.
The store was impressive and the quality and range of furniture good if a bit overwhelming.
The long delivery wait was disappointing.
The invoice is a let down. Poorly laid out with emphasis on the accessories rather than the furniture items which are pictured but annoyingly not named.

I knew exactly what I was coming in for sure to a previous visit, was grateful to be able to pick preference of material and colour

We visited the Kilmarnock store and were served by Billy she was very helpful and polite, she even made tea for my husband.we did choose a sofa and ordered so very satisfied with the service so far

I wasn't out shopping for a new sofa that day , I noticed that the shop was opened again after renovations and decided to pop in for a look.
It was Easter weekend and there was a fantastic sale on.
I've been looking for a light blue 🩵 sofa for such a long time and spotted one in the shop .
I had a seat and it felt so good. I loved the material and it wasn't flimsy in any way. Then I noticed the price and couldn't believe it.
So I bought 2 lol . The staff were amazing, left me to wander around and sit down on the sofas. I'm still waiting for delivery but if the shop couch is as good as the one I ordered I'm going to be very happy
