Right from moment of ordering sofa at Livingston shop to delivery yesterday after 3 months, everybody was very efficient and I was kept up to date with delivery times. All round a great experience and a lovely sofa

Communicated with us at every step, arrived when they said it would and the delivery team had our sofa and chair built in situ in 10 minutes. From the sales young lady in the store to the delivery team, it was first class service.

From beginning to end to plays order was very enjoyable. Sales people were great and helpful cannot ask for more great experience

This is about the sales experience as delivery is pending, and the Livingston/Scotland store. The day we went in we were pretty resolved not to buy a sofa that day but keep looking around other shops. We were served by Lorraine who guided us through various sofa options until we arrived at one we really liked and which suited our needs. Lorraine was excellent- from the customer perspective in that she responded to our needs rather than pressure to sell, expertly demo’d the sofa’s features, all with a really personable and friendly manner and from her employer’s perspective, sold a sofa to a couple who did not intend to buy one that day. So give that lady a raise! :)

Suite came well before arrival date, superb value for the money, very comfortable ive only had it 3 days & fell asleep on it every day 😴 lol,

Anita was fantastic, professional, friendly and efficient the moment I walked through the door. Everyone one else acknowledged me and although I'm old and a bit (doolally) I was treated with genuine respect.

We downsized from a large grey corner couch to the 4 seater Saiano in colour dahlia as our baby is about to be on the move and we wanted some extra space in the living room. The store staff at Livingston were great and chatty. The buying process was easy. Loved that you could pay up the cost of the couch to. Communications were decent enough. Our couch delivery date was 10th July but it ended up coming the 30th June which is good. I have found the full service pleasant. The only reason I have down starred is the length of time waiting for the couch as we placed the order back in March, but I understand they are handbuilt in Italy I believe. The delivery team were not bad to. The couch come unwrapped so I was a bit worried it would have been damaged coming in but luckily not. Lovely couch, currently still plump and wide enough to lie on. Thinking of ordering the matching footstool to get that "corner feel". Overall I'd say 9/10 that I am happy so far 😊

From placing the order and getting email updates to delivery slot everything went to plan.

Lorraine and other staff members in Livingston Branch were all extremely helpful from purchase to our couple of enquires during the period leading up to delivery, which was 4 wks earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Charlie & Alex, delivery crew were polite efficient & kept us updated. Admittedly, initially, we were a bit apprehensive due to poor reviews we had read, however our experience overall has been very positive. We are very pleased with our suite.
One small thing (outwith Branch control), when we created an a/c on ordering our suite, we should have been able to track the stages, unfortunately this didn't work (hence the reason we called the Branch a couple of times for our updates), which was a real shame otherwise we would have given 5 stars.
