3 stars because had 3 1/2 month wait. Also the lady in shop told me lots of wrong info, so doesn't know her job. Plus side couch is amazing and quality great. The two guys that delivered where lovely and very helpful. Felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Jon greeted us on arrival and explained the layout of the store and how to distinguish the sofa's available in fabric & leather.
We wandered around the store testing out the sofa's and finally choosing a leather sofa for our new house.
Jon spoke us through the colours available, cost, payment, and delivery date.
The whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Kept fully informed regarding time scales for delivery and excellent information provided regarding delivery. Tracking and keeping in touch by phone advised timescale for arrival. The delivery went smoothly no issues. Excellent would recommend. Sofa is excellent good quality leather and very comfortable.
