Excellent service from our sales assistant. Very knowledgeable, bent over backwards to help us with our selection. We have a delivery date which is yet to be tested but so far so good

We purchased 2 recliner chairs. We were happy with everything that ScS did. The sales people and delivery people were all great. The delivery went really well with lots of information for us to follow the delivery team. The team were very efficient with the installation of the chairs too. The chairs were put in place and all of the packaging was taken away. Couldn’t fault any of it.

Beyond awful I finally decided to purchase a new sofa recliner and chair recliner due to the problems I have with my back recovering from 3 spinal fractures due to osteoporosis. I’ve had the sofa 4 weeks and it’s been the most uncomfortable and stressful 4 weeks I’ve had that’s apart from the stress due to delivery dates being changed . Moving forward the furniture was delivered great delivery guys can’t fault them . The sofa is that hard I can’t sit on it hurting my back beyond belief so I’m having to just use the chair which is creasing and been told it’s due to a dressing problem that’s from the technician that SCS sent out and that no manufacturing fault been found . I’m now stuck with this awful sofa and chair which is causing me more back problems apart from the stress on top of everything else , absolutely disgraceful take your money and don’t even offer to do anything to help Shame on SCS my advice stay well away non caring company !

A complex delivery but the crew helped above and beyond to sort out the issues ensuring the sofa was put in the room intended.
Delivery time slot given and notification by phone an hour before arrival. Crew were lovely and despite being on a tight schedule they helped enormously to make a difficult situation work out well. Excellent customer service

The salesman was amazing, as for the delivery men was in such a hurry to get it in the door they ripped a hole in the back cushion took a photo of it and pretended to take photo of the sofa ID I know cos when I looked for it there wasn’t one there they said will inform customers service some how Idon’t believe them time will tell disappoint in there attitude and RUSHED delivery

The service was excellent, making me want to shop here again. The two employees were responsible and polite, and they deserve a raise.

The sales representative Pete Smith was very friendly and professional. He gave us time to look properly without any pressure and answered any questions we had. The purchase went smoothly, we would shop there again.

The 2 guys who delivered my sofa were fantastic. They were on time, polite and put my sofa together and exactly where I wanted it to go. They also made sure I was happy with the sofa that had been delivered. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great experience throughout. Oliver in the Loughborough branch was fantastic. Hope he gets some decent commission from our sale because he deserves it! Kept fully up to date with delivery. We had to change our delivery to a Saturday which incurred an extra £10, but when we tried to pay it we were told we didn't owe anything, bonus! Rearranging delivery was simple, even got a call back so didn't have to wait in a queue.
Delivery time was super early in the morning, which worked perfectly for us, no waiting in all day. Delivery men were really helpful. No negatives to report.

The sales lady was so helpful and never try to rush me even though I was taking forever to decide if the Recliner Chair was right for my needs!
The delivery was within 5 days and again I couldn’t fault the delivery I had a text the day before than they rang first thing in the morning and sent another text so I could track the vans journey all in all very impressed with my whole experience, thank you

Oliver the sales person from Loughborough who helped us choose and buy our lounge suite was absolutely professional and so helpful which made our experience in purchasing the lounge suite so effortless.

We came into SCS today looking for an L-shape sofa but had no clue what we wanted. Omar was fantastic and really helped us to decide what we wanted to go for without making us feel pressured into buying a sofa… he walked us through all the different sofa styles colours and materials. 10/10 would recommend

Went into the store for our appointment to get a sofa for a first home and our decision couldn’t of been made easier thanks to Oliver, he helped with everything down to what type of fabric would suit us best and went through the whole process in great detail so we understood everything. We’re over the moon happy with our purchase and can’t wait for it to arrive in our new home!

Peter was amazing. This is my first time purchasing a sofa suite. I had no idea what was available and what I can have, what is best for fitting etc. He let me look at the pet safe options for the material, and explained professionally what options are better. Peter also explained to me what was covered, and offered me the gliding option which was a feature I wanted and needed and it was no issue to request. Peter demonstrated the Lift and Raise recliner option and i left incredibly happy with my choices and delivery time. I cannot sing Peter's and the stores praises enough.

Lies lies lies! I have never been so disappointed in a company. Even when we thought the issue was resolved again, the opposite is done!
