The staff were very helpful after helping us for 3 hours - I managed to purchase three main furniture items for my new home +I'm more than happy !!

Good value, furniture good quality

They broke my new dining table when they build it. And I was waiting for this more than 4 months. This is really sad and very disappointing. I have not been called to be informed to what will happen next. I had to call in my self. I hope I will not be waiting another 4 months. This time I have no dining table. No compensation has been offered to me.

Smooth efficient delivery and friendly service from Simon and Steffan. Great service from retail store team particularly the store manager who was extremely patient and informative.

Shaz greeted us we entered the showroom in a ver friendly manner.
We originally wanted to view corner sofas and after showing and sitting on a number of these Shaz brought us coffee whilst we were discussing the choice of furniture and payment options.
We ended up ordering 2 stand alone sofas!
Shaz was very knowledgable and attentive throughout our visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Viewed a few sofas on the website but couldn't choose, decided to look in person. Kameron was very helpful and showed all the options before making a choice. Online you don't get a feel for the fabric or the functional aspects of the sofas.

ScS provided an exceptional service from purchase to delivery. The process was smooth and easy. Delivery was excellent. Kept up to date throughout the process. On delivery day, received text updates and a call from the delivery guys Graham and Martin. They arrived on time. They were polite, friendly and respectful. They set up the sofa beds promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

We were met by a very pleasant salesman Nathan, who helped us choose from a range of sofas which suited our requirements.
After he had pointed out a selection he left us to look around at our leisure to make our decision.
We felt that we were helped as opposed to being forced into buying something.
