The delivery crew were great!

We have narrow doorways and hallway which concerned me (and them) but they worked a miracle and got our huge sofa in and set up perfectly!

I can honestly say this is the best experience we have ever had when looking to buy a sofa , firstly the atmosphere even the smells in this showroom are just gorgeous it is just so relaxing and peaceful you don’t want to leave . The sales team are in no way pushy they are actually so friendly and accommodating full of knowledge and advice , We met Iqbal he is so so lovely really helpful and we had such a lovely time in his company chatting away and not just about sofas ha ha . We also met Danny the manager who came along offering us a coffee and a tea even a cookie ( very much appreciated) we felt like we were visiting friends it was just such a great experience we couldn’t believe it . We had been to many other stores and I will say that Scs have certainly set the bar high. I will say that the choices were such a wide variety and I was amazed that we could have Any fabric in any colour at no extra costs and plenty of options . I would Highly recommend to anyone at least visit the store and you will probably struggle to leave without finding something you love you really are spoilt for choice .

A little disappointed

PLEASE do your homework thoroughly on every review site,facebook,instagram,X,trustpilot!?!?!? even though they say they have very few 1* reviews don’t you believe it!
like i said, please just take 20 minutes out and really look just how bad this company is and will be all sweetness and light until they get you to put your signature on that piece of paper then you will find out very quickly that these grifters are only after your money.
the products are sub standard and you try getting in touch with anyone from that company!

Helpful store staff when buying. Gave realistic estimate of delivery day. Texted a week before delivery and kept updated ,able to track delivery on day. Arrived when they said. Considerate while delivering. Put sofa together promptly

If I could give this review ten stars I would as the service by these two gents was amazing!
I arrived at SCS White City retail park Salford greater Manchester on the 18th June to look for a sofa for my sons new apartment as he is at university in Salford .
We saw a sofa very reasonably priced as it was a display item . The two salesman Gary & Daz were the most polite and helpful gents to myself and my son , they could not do enough to help us they went above and beyond to assist and advice no pressure what so ever , just very helpful assistance. We were even given a cold drink on a very hot day and the gentleman helped my son to put the sofa into the transport all wrapped up and also made sure the sofa was secure by reinforcing the boot, which was slightly open with a string / tie on the boot . Waving us off like an old friend 😊👍
They were so very pleasant and their customer service skills were the very best I have ever seen in retail for a very long time . These two gentlemen are an asset to the store and I can guarantee I will be calling in again to look for more furniture in the near future.

I DOnt know how people gave 5 stars, But they are the worst, specially after sell, The tell its genuine leather but after 2 years its pealin, they gave 10 years warenty but (only frame) where you saw any iron frame gone bad ?, my sofa was peeling and they said they cant help, now my reclyner the front part is make of wood whici is broken, the spring went down, and again now they said its not covered under warrenty, they changed me 2900 and sold me crap sofa, now i have to spend 80 for a visit from them repair agency and then the repair cost

Contact re timings very good. Both David and Liam were polite, very helpful, and very fast in unpacking and setting upmy new suite.

Delivery men fantastic, arrived on time so didn't have to wait in. They also noticed a scratch on the settee which they took photos to report back to ScS.

I placed an order with SCS (scs.co.uk) which turned into a very disappointing experience. We initially intended to purchase a clearance sofa, but the salesman convinced us to switch to a new one—without clearly informing us that the new sofa would take 12 weeks to be delivered. This crucial detail was not communicated at the time of sale, which feels like a clear case of mis-selling.

After realizing the long wait time, very next day I immediately requested to cancel the order at the store. However, they have refused to process the cancellation, despite the misleading information provided during the purchase.

This has left us frustrated and without any support. I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping with SCS. Make sure all terms are clearly communicated before you make any payment, because customer service after the sale has been completely unhelpful.

Gary’s customer service was exceptional. Did not stop until we found our perfect sofa. He then explained all our options thoroughly in terms of customising our choice, and then informed us about a brilliant 5 year protection package. Found our dream sofa within an hour of exploring the showroom. All thanks to Gary! You deserve a raise.

Ordered the sofa. While waiting for the sofa to arrive, the item went on sale. A reduction of £400. Spoke to staff to see if there was anything they could do as I paid the full amount. Seemed very uninterested.

Sofa delivery was then delayed

Opened packaging and the sofa is the wrong colour.

A mess from start to finish. Do not recommend at all.

Tried to email to get further info on what I could do- no response.

Tried to call their scs line at 9.23am on Thursday morning. Their lines are closed ???

They only care about selling their products. Once you have signed the contract you are left to it.

I went and ordered sofa on finance and when the delivery date approached they came to deliver but the corner part was too big wouldn’t fit so they said its fail delivery someone will call me and arrange another delivery where its all taken apart and assembled in my property. No one called me so went to the show room at white city manchester they informed me they would help escalate the process still no one called me and the number provided no one ever answers which makes it more frustrating. I dont know what service they are providing esp when we are paying so much for the furniture. Someone emailed me and said he was busy and was awat for another week making it 2 more weeks and i asked if its a company shudnt they have more than one person who does the jod especially when they intend to charge us for the service?? He replied and said i either wait or find someone to do it for me. I am due to have my spinal surgery and dont have furniture in my livingroom. How is that going to help me. I regret ordering from scs and i will never recommend anyone to do it as their service is rubbish. No phone calls to follow up find out coz my furniture has been returned to the warehouse, i call but no help or answer. What kind of service is this. I really wish i cud get myself out of this but dont know how.
