The delivery guys were very professional, clean and tidy and friendly.

I visited Scs in Trafford probably five times before making my mind up. On each arrival to store I was greeted by Hanan and a very friendly team. Although it took me some time to decide on the right sofa everyone Hanan spoke me through everything I needed to know and was kind and considerate throughout as this was my first larger purchase for my first home. The store was spotless and smelled incredible. Hanan made everything really easy during the final buying process. I will probably be back to see the fabric for the sofa so I can match paint samples, but every staff member welcomed me doing this and was so lovely. Thank you for my experience.

Had a great experience with lots of advice and insights from Gary. Innovative design for the reclining model we chose with a great choice of colours and textured fabrics. Also chose 2 swivel chairs that look great and complement the sofa.

Visited the store at White City retail park, lovely staff very helpful & patient. Bought a 2 sofas & Gary was excellent with his advice.

I have been visiting the store in Manchester for a while now to find the right product. I was very impressed with the layout of the store and the friendliness of all the staff. In particular Max and Gary were very helpful to me in making the best decision. Both really professional and polite and I am really grateful to them both for their explanation and help in making a decision.

Reticent about using SCS having had both a good and bad experience previously at other branches.
Needn't have worried Gary - and Danny - were absolutely brilliant. There was no hard sell, they showed genuine interest in knowing what our needs were in order to make sure we made the right choice.

Ordered a sofa bed. Was told it would be here by end of December. It did not arrive. Went back to store for update and was promised I’d get a phone call the following Monday. The call never came! No correspondence, no updates, no knowing when we will receive it. Very poor service. First order and my last order very disappointing.

Danny and David looked after us very well explained about the sofas and tried their best getting best prices from manager

The staff were amazing, they made everything clear, choosing the furniture couldn't be easier, they made sure we understand the options they have and also they were very flexible with the payment, before I forgot they gave us a gift 🎁

This company is a total joke - who installs a new ERP system this close to the busiest sales period?

The wait times for a call back are mental no response from emails. When you get a call back they promise they will call you back with an update but they don’t.

The sofa we brought is nice but after looking at the reviews from the Facebook group it is not worth the hassle. They pride themselves on Italian quality but this isn’t what the reviews I am seeing.

I am shocked by their trust pilot score they must be paying for positive reviews because their are 9,000 in the Facebook group that don’t seem to be happy

I work in software so know the pain they must be going through but when we have delays we increase customer service. SCS will be blacklisted until my last breath. I would never by a sofa from this company due to the lack of professionalism and communication.

I will be contacting all the directors on LinkedIn come Monday. In a previous life I worked in recruitment so already have most of their mobile numbers from previous CVs. I will be publishing these on the Facebook group shortly.

Let’s see how long it take to get my money back

Delivery was smooth and efficient. I was informed 2 days before, on the day and a call from the delivery team an hour before. The team took special care to not mess the carpet, which was much appreciated. Raf the store manager got in touch with me early to communicate the delivery timelines and he was helpful in the process. I will say that we bought the sofa in Oct, and it got delivered in Dec which is a long wait but the team assured me this was due to it being a busy period. The sofa is as we order and we are happy overall.

It’s amazing we are so happy with our new sofas. We would like to thank the sales person who was so good to us, nothing was any trouble to him, so good at his job and thank you to the 2 delivery men, so nice, nothing an easy job.

Only 3 recliners on shop floor, felt pressured from moment walked in, now delivery delayed to end of January, paid good money up front, were pensioners, time is precious. Very disappointed, was told it would be early January. Wish we would have gone somewhere else, we probably would have them by now.

We ordered the settee to come after Christmas but unfortunately you moved delivery to today's date 14th December we only got 1 weeks notice and 3 days to pay which was a nightmare as the queue to pay was a 3 hour wait so we had to go in store to pay it to ensure we didn't miss the delivery slot. We couldn't get through to store to change delivery or pay as it all ended at one number which was frustrating

Appalling.
Our delivery days is long past and SCS won’t answer phone calls while there online contact service isn’t working.
I’ll never buy from this lot again and would advise avoiding them.
