Was surprised to see that SCS had changed its name to, Poltronesofa. But still a great place to visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't quite know what I was after, but the corner sofas was attracting me. So after about an hour and with help I finally ended up ordering a 2 seater sofa, and a 3 seater recliner sofa with a matching foot stool. In my preferred colour of choice. The hardest part now is waiting for it to be made. Would highly recommend this place if your in need of a change.

We were a little unsure and visited the Mansfield store on numerous occasions,but the salesman was always courteous and friendly and eventually helped us make our choice.

The sales person was very helpful and professional couldn’t do enough for us , explained the geometry of the furniture

Very happy with our SCS norbello double chaise sofa,,,,,the garbage we had from DFS was absolutely useless but this sofa is miles better. Solid build and comfortable.

Called into shop and staff couldn’t do enough. Even rang round other stores as they had sold the sofa we wanted in their store. Communication was good with a delivery date confirmed next day which was ahead of expectations. Regular contact days before delivery to confirm timescales

We were helped initially by Conlan to choose the best sofa for our needs. No pushiness, listened well and answered all our questions knowledgeably. When we popped back to decide on our final fabric choice Kelly supported us really patiently and didnt rush us even though it was close to closing. The final order was dealt with brilliantly by Conlan, again everything thoroughly explained to us. Both staff members at the Mansfield store are a credit to the company and we would highly recommend the level of care and service they give. We are now very much looking forward to the sofa arriving 😀

The staff in the the store at Mansfield were very professional, pleasant and understanding. Especially Kelly. The second delivery team Deon and Brendon were extremely polite, respected our property and very friendly and professional.

Driver informed us when he was on his way delivery and politeness was very professional. All mess was taken away and a 1st class job was done thanks very much for your excellent service provided
