Conlan was great help when we went to order a sofa back in October, friendly, approachable and made it hassle free. Also appreciated the fact we weren’t constantly followed around but checked in on every so often, also was very informative with any questions we had.

Scs kept us informed of our estimated delivery date. The delivery guys let us know our time slot and phoned us an hour before they arrived. They were friendly, efficient, set our sofa up and took all packaging away. Very happy with our purchase.

Communication was good from start to finish,the crew rang to to confirm delivery time before arrival.pleasent delivery crew.

Little things like taking their shoes off when then brought the sofa's in and whilst building up the sofa's. Their interaction with us whilst they were completing the process of putting the units together. Making sure that we were happy with their work and that there was no damage to either the property and the sofa's.

ordered 2 seater and 2 swivel chairs in leather, waited 14 weeks for delivery. delivery guys were useless contractors. the 2 swivel are diffrent colour to the settee and it had damage to one of the arms. had to fill in on line form and wait for a firm to get in touch for them to come and re leather the arm section in my front room. the tizzolo settee recliner comes with no battery and it has a single jack connection there are none on the internet. still on going never will shop there again

They managed to not load my whole order. Half my order is still in the depo and they then expect me to take a day of work for there mistake .

If you are reading my one star review, and that's being extremely generous. From my experience with SCS, if you want a whole world of pain and frustration, appalling customer service and shoddy not fit for purpose furniture, SCS is the place to go.

My complaint is, where I sit there is a very large dark mark, creases and sagging foam after 12 days of use.
According to the guy from a company sent by SCS to have a look at my sofa, it's classed as normal wear and tear.😡.
I've opened a charge back on my credit card with my bank and hopefully a full refund 🙏🙏🙏.
I went into the Mansfield store to complain, I was told by a member of staff, it's nothing to do with us, you have to fill an online form and attach photos of the problem. Surprise surprise the form wouldn't submit. After sales is appalling when you complain, they don't reply to emails etc. Very happy to take your money though.
My advice is to steer well clear of SCS.

Took delivery of our gorgeous sofas today . Cannot recommend everyone at SCS enough for the quality service and professionalism . The delivery guys were brilliant, polite, clean and tidy . Thanks to you all for an excellent service .

Really nice delivery guys. Friendly, tidy & respectful as took their shoes off & put down a blanket to protect my carpet. Sofa was unpacked, put together & tested to make sure the recliners were all working

Product is good but if you give your door sizes and the sales staff say its ok GET IT IN WRITING because otherwise they will charge you a ridiculous price to send someone out so please be warned this has happened to my neice ridiculous don't trust the word of sales staff further to me original it turns out you didn't at point of sale explain it comes in boxes and apparently cannot be took out till in the house due to finance not only that you also didn't say that if you can't deliver it you still have to pay finance even though you have no sofa so the only option is to pay for someone to come and sort it which apparently is 200 or 400 pounds all your staff had to do was check the size of the largest box that's it easy but if they did that they might not get a sale so easier to just say yeah its fine and then sting a single working mum for 200 quid cos she's on her own and won't have any choice disgraceful

The two guys who delivered my chair were very polite & careful not to cause any disruption or damage anything, they were very quick in assembling the recliner chair & explained to me on how to use it

Kerry was an Excellent service adviser upon purchasing our furniture at Mansfield’s SCS. Delivery lads was brilliant.

We purchased 2 sofas from SCS and was told it would be an 8 week waiting time and we were happy with that. At the 7th week we got a call to say that a problem with the order and it had missed a build slot and shipping and was going to be delayed another 8 weeks. We were offered the full refund for the deposit or carry on with the order.
We opted to carry on and finally today the sofa’s arrived and we are so pleased with them, it was certainly worth the wait.
The quality and appearance is just what we wanted.
The delivery team was on time and were curious, polite and friendly and took respect of our property.

The delivery men was lovely! I couldn’t fault them at all! Super friendly, helpful when needing door taken off and quick to help me when I realised the sofa wasn’t correct, they got straight on the phone. I did come into scs which I am promised to get the sofa I did order, it was more of a system problem then the person who made the order. However I’ve got to keep the wrong sofa until the right one comes, so atleast I’m not left without one. Staff have been helpful and super friendly at the shop in Mansfield so generally couldn’t fault them and was amazing when it came to ordering it:) I had Kelly she was super friendly, warm and welcoming:)

Appears to be poor quality furniture.Within 2 days of receipt the seats of my chair & sofa had "puddled" & are now becoming uncomfortable to sit on. Unable to contact by email & calls to cusomer support are ignored.Was advised by salesman that the shop manager would call me on 12th September- I am still waiting for the propmised call 10 days later!
Having bought leather furniture in the past from other sppliers without problem I am disgusted with the lack of customer service this company provides.
