Staff in store very helpful and knowledgable.

However delivery information not good enough.
Changing delivery date good.
Two days before good.
No contact day before so I was blind for timings, so had to be up for 7am.
No contact about estimate timings or anything else!
2.30pm I rang the number for information, couldn’t get through?
Then called the store ( metro centre ), very helpful.
Informed it would be delivered in approx one hour.
It was.

Overall, I would by more from you, but, communications let you down.

Furniture good delivery good but communication was very poor. Got txt 2 days before delivery informing me I would get txt night before delivery giving me my slot & a link to check delivery status this never happened. So looked like to me I couldn't make any plans for delivery date could possibly have to stop in all day. Luckily I got a voicemail from delivery driver at 8.25am to inform me they would be about 30 mins. When he arrived he thought I was only getting a chair so had to inform him that was incorrect he tried to ring head office but couldn't get through. But luckily he had the correct information on some paperwork & I had order info sent to me on day of purchase on email. So possibly more staff training needed so it doesn't happen again.

We were welcomed into the shop at Gateshead asked what in particular we were looking for then shown where they were and left to peruse around without any hard sales staff , bought what we needed and we're made very welcome.

The delivery team were on time and provided a good service (Kye and Liam)

What they couldn't deliver which the shop had promised was that the delivery would wrapped/ protected when brought into the property. Fortunately the lads made a good job with the delivery and explained the promise made could not be kept

The delivery staff were absolutely great. They were courteous, polite and went above and beyond their duty. A pleasure to have met them.

We were met by a lovely lady at the door who pointed us in the right direction and left us to look around. When we found a sofa we liked she showed us what colours and fabrics we could have and explained the build and delivery details,easy peasy.
A few days before delivery we got a message telling us time of delivery and on the day of delivery the driver emailed early with a rough time and tracking details. Delivery guys were spot on, set the sofa up and took all the packaging away with them. Would highly recommend poltronesofa they did a great job.

Clem the assistant who looked after me helped me choose the furniture which was right for me. He recommended alternatives and took time to understand what I was looking for.
Purchased my suite and brought my sister back who also purchased a sofa after help from Clem. Great customer service

The furniture arrived earlier than expected and the service was very good. The delivery guys set everything up within 10 minutes and did a great job. Thanks

No pressure to purchase,salesman was available when needed and responded appropriately to all questioms about purchase,style,colours and delivery
