What a professional service we received would highly recommend.
On the day of delivery unfortunately a neighbour had passed away and the private ambulance was in attendance when the delivery team arrived. They off loaded the soaf and chair then moved the delivery vehicle without being asked. So much respect was showed. Came back to put the soaf together. And left. Just wanted to stay a big thanks to the boys. Love the soaf.

Ordered in March and advised delivery would be July. Pleasant experience at store and no hard sell from store assistants. They were very helpful and polite and purchase made in record time as no hassle, my husband and I knew what we wanted and overall a pleasing shopping experience. As promised, a date given in July with plenty of notice so we could remove old furniture, a phone call on the day and the delivery crew arrived on time. No messing about, brought sofa and storage footstool in, unpacked, sofa erected quickly and all packaging taken away. We are really pleased with the service from the beginning with the store people, the delivery process and the quality of the sofa is superb and more than comfortable. It was well worth the wait.

From the salesman to the delivery men , who fitted it all everything was very good.

We are happy with your service and delivery performance. I gave 4 stars because delivery person told the rollers are missing. Which means delivery person has to come back to finish the job. Thats only thing was upsetting. We have to find time free. Deliver person don’t know when it be done,

Paul was great he went thought all options with us so we picked the correct sofa for us great service all staff are helpful and friendly.

The delivery service was excellent we were kept informed as to when they were delivering at all times, Recieved a phone call from the delivery staff on the morning advising us of a time of arrival they came within 5mins of that time, they were both very nice and polite and worked very quickly to get the delivery done taking away all the packaging when they left. Would definitely recommend

We had a random walk at Poltronesofa. When we were about to leave, Aaron came and let us know that all sofas offer choices of all colours and materials, which opened our eyes and we decided to choose our sofa there. Aaron did not give us pressure while we had a try on every sofa in the shop, but was always around when we had questions. We eventually chose a sofa that suits our needs. The sofa hasn’t arrived yet but we are looking forward to it.

Purchased a sofa and two chairs January 2025 from the scs store ikea retail park Nottinghamshire .Delivered damaged unable to use one chair broken leg,Unable to use one side of sofa springs had collapsed making a three seater into a one seater. Persuaded to purchase a extra insurance policy £50.Not worth the money did not cover the damage.Sixteenth months to get the money back,No apologies from the company,store manager assistant manager lies lies lies lies and more lies.Glad to be finished with them.

Ordered sofa from scs glitbrook, came in the wrong colour and orientation after 3 months of waiting. Took more than 6 months of calling weekly and sometimes daily, told manager will give us a call back but never would.
Finally had to send a legal notice to SCS executives in order to process a refund. DO NOT BUY from them. They are unprofessional

From the moment we stepped into the Giltbrook store Jamie was welcoming and friendly. As we wandered round the store he was on hand to give info and advice about the different sofas but not in a pushy way we were still able to look round on our own. Once we'd found a sofa we really liked Jamie was very knowledgeable about how it could be put together in different sections and the styles, colours, fabrics available. The whole looking, deciding, ordering process was made easy by his friendly and knowledgeable manner. A pleasure to deal with.
