Delivery team, Zach and Tom were fantasic and very polite.
Sofa is wonderful too!

Received phone call 45 minutes before arrival to say they were going to be slightly early.
Upon arrival they checked out the route inside the house & checked for clearance's.
Unpacked outside base & backs brought in separately then assembled.
Operation of both sofa’s tested then left with all the packaging,
Both lads pleasant & polite. 100 % would recommend. Thanks guys.

The worst furniture company. Waiting for delivery for 3 months and still not delivered. Delivery confirmation received few weeks in row and everything failed as sofa still not arrived in warehouse. Absolute nightmare to contact the customer service. Never buying from them again.

Sofas were delivered on time and put together carefully. David and Marc were both very polite and professional.

Excellent customer service. I was given a estimated delivery time and a link was provided to monitor the delivery vehicle, which was extremely useful. The delivery man also called and said when the furniture would be delivered. The delivery men were very professional, polite, well mannered, curtious and very helpful. The furniture is top quality and was delivered safely . I can highly recommend scs for their service and professionalism. I would definitely buy from again. Many thanks.

1.) Our delivery wasn’t booked when we were told it would be and was only booked when I phoned to find out why we hadn’t been given a delivery date.
2.) When our delivery arrived they didn’t have our sofa on their van. They left our care pack and told us we would receive a phone call about our missing sofa.
3.) 7 hours later and still haven’t received news of my sofa. I phoned customer care after work rather than waiting and am still waiting for a call back!
Update- it is now 30 and half hours since my sofa should have been delivered! It is 24 hours since the customer service employee told me my sofa was at the wrong distribution centre and they would sort the next morning (no contact from them). Requested a call back again from customer services at 13:30 and still not got a returned call at 18:00 and they have now closed. This is an absolute joke!
Update 2! We are now 3 days after our delivery date and still no sofa. Had a phone call from customer service yesterday morning (20 hours after I requested a call back) they told me they couldn’t do anything as the distribution centre was closed on Sundays. She assured me she would get on it as soon as she got to work at 12! At 5:15 I get a call to tell me they can’t find our furniture and they are very sorry. They are once again going to see if they can find our sofa tomorrow and will be phoning me back! Bloody Ridiculous!!!!
Update 3! We are now on day 4 of no sofa. Customer services have not responded as promised (not surprised!) and Tegan who responded to my initial review on here received all the information they asked for on Saturday and they haven’t responded!
Update 4! Day 5 of no sofa. I got a call back from scs (I called them the day before!)and I was once again promised a callback that never happened!
Maybe if your company did the job it was paid for customer services wouldn’t be so busy!
This review will be updated every day until my purchase has been sorted out!!!!!

Fantastic experience from SCS once again. Super polite Delivery Drivers, cleaned all the packaging away. They really were careful not to touch any other furniture bringing the sofa through the doors. Thanks ! Would definitely recommend.

Delivered earlier in the day than expected and was called to be notified of this which was great. They unpacked it, put the feet on, put it where I wanted it in the room and took away all rubbish. Very professional and took no time at all. Very pleased with the service

Bri and Nate delivered our 2 x 3 seater sofas and love chair! They were brill, they were respectful to our home and answered all our questions! They unpacked, fitted the feet and took away all the rubbish. Professional and hard working! Thank you!

Great service from the store and delivery team. The store staff had some difficulties with their IT system and iPads so maybe this needs to be looked at in future. They handled this well but the software they were using kept crashing causing all the information to be entered again. The delivery team (Ruki & Gareth) were excellent and arrived on time and assembled the sofa and chair quickly. They offered to move other furniture around to make space and were very polite and friendly

Had great experience with SCS from Ellie-Mae in the shop at Rotherham retail park, helping me pick my new sofa. To the emails keeping me up to date with my delivery, to the delivery guys, Mark & Gareth.
The sofas were delived this morning with great care, chat & smiles from the lads. All packaging took away. Great service, thank you.

The choice of furniture we liked and the jovial and pleasant manner of the saleswoman.

Bought a table and four chairs 14 months ago, the chairs have started splitting from the seams, The chairs are swivel and grease keeps falling out of it component, contacted SCS didn’t care. You are only covers for the 1st 12 months on table and chairs paid nearly £1400.
The store manager said I would be covered would just have to pay a callout fee, When contacted them on the phone number provided completely different attitude and response.
Wouldn’t recommend SCS.
