Just went to have a look round , jonny let us look at the sofa's at our leisure answering our questions we had, he was excellent, but without any pressure the store was well set out so you can view comfortably and we decided to purchase a sofa and chair a good experience .

We were impressed with the wonderful showroom, very classy. The manager Allen gave us a warm reception. There are a lot of settees to buy both downstairs and upstairs. We tried one of the first sofas near the entrance and new straight way this was a class above any other sofa we have had. We settled on a couple of 2 seater sofas. Each seat had reclining, neck and back support and has a charging point for your mobile. Allen answered all our questions fully. The quality of the leather is amazing and there are many colours to choose from. A real treat is the modest cost of the settees we bought. We also got free delivery. This is how settees should be sold. It makes a lot of the competition look average.

Received a text at 06.30 saying they would be arriving between 07.50 and 08.05.
Followed a few mins later confirming arrival details.
They arrived at 07.45 and sofa was unloaded and installed and packaging cleared away, and they were on their way to next customer by 08.05

Sofas delivered on time , very happy with the service and the product

The member of staff that served me was polite, patient and in no way pushy. He is a credit to your shop.

Emma served us and she was so helpful she didnt rush us she knew what she was selling, it was a good experience.

I'm going 4 stars instead of 5spars. This is because of the long 5 months waiting for the sofa to get made and shipped.
However delivery was ok and the armchair I've bought is fantastic quality.

No one pressured us into buying and recommended various options. After double checking things at home, we decided on our choice. Delivery date was advised but due to holiday commitments we couldn't accept this date. We were initially informed that a later date could be set but when we ordered were informed that this wasn't an option. Your sales assistant - Liam - kindly double checked for earlier deliveries and found that this could be done. Order completed and now waiting in anticipation for the new suite.

The staff at the Scunthorpe store were amazing and very patient as we were unsure of the style and colour they were very helpful and friendly

Found this out after Placing our order and putting down cash deposit.

Can not cancel. Not that I want to as we love the sofa we have purchased. However, purchased on the basis that they were made in Italy!!!

All the advertising on tv. Very misleading, as I've been told by scs, it's Italian touch.

Should state in advertising that they are not made it Italy but fabric sent off to Vietnam.

So where is the frame made? Paying for Italian furniture craftsman made as it shows you on t.v

Will just have to wait till AUGUST till it arrives and see what the quality is like.

I have no doubt the one in the showroom was made in Italy

Allan was absolutely amazing. Gave enough time to browse and helpful to get the right sofa and great cost. Except for the time between ordering and delivery the service there was amazing. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service throughout my shopping experience in the store. On entering the store we were greeted by a member of staff who asked if we needed any help, we explain we'd initially come to have a look around the showroom, we were informed about the the coloured tag system and other things we needed to know, at this point we were left to wander around at our own pace. After some time, we were approached by a member of staff asking if we needed any help, at this point we'd seen a sofa we were interested in. We were given information about the sofa which was currently available at a very good price, the salesman explained and demonstrated the features of the sofa and pointed out the saving I was gaining due to it being a showroom item and wouldn't be available until May 6th 2026, this was suitable for us as it gave us time to sort things at home. I was a little disappointed by the £130 delivery charge considering I live less than a mile from the store so I opted to sort someone to collect and deliver instead. Overall a positive experience apart from the expensive delivery charge.
