The delivery guys were great - helpful , friendly and professional even in the 30 degree heat and the sofa was for a conservatory !

It is hard to give a detailed review as our order is not due until early October when are visit to the Scunthorpe store was on the 3rd July.
We were looking to replace a leather suite. The store was clean, tidy and cool. We were the only shoppers and we saw two members of staff, who were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. All our questions were answered thoroughly and advice was given about choice of colours. We ended up ordering a 3 seater sofa and a matching chair. The ordering process was straightforward, with all the documents being emailed to me

Lovely store, helpful staff, not pushy. Smells nice! So far so good, have ordered and will see if sofa arrives on time…

The staff in the shop were very pleasant and helpful.
When the suites were delivered one settee had a dirty mark on it that the driver pointed out and he made an attempt to clean it.The process for contacting the company directly was rather complicated and time consuming.
It looks as though it will be a few weeks before we are satisfied with the Company agreeing to replace the suites thus ensuring cleanliness and colour match.

We visited the shop in Scunthorpe yesterday just to look 😂 never the case with me. The assistant was very polite and professional not pushy at all just left it to us to it. He came over once to ask if we had found anything we liked which we did. He gave us the pros and cons about the sofa we choose and left us again to decide.
We purchased the sofa. We are not in a big rush for delivery so he was happy to keep it for us till August.
I have already recommended poltronesofa to family and friends.

Staff were excellent, was a nice experience trying the sofa's to see what best suits our needs.

From ordering a sofa, we've had great experience from the Scunthorpe branch, we've had emails and txt to keep us informed, great service from them, delivering the sofa, even though we had a time slot, the delivery guys phoned to say they was 30 - 45 mins away, earlier then expected which was good, they was very thorough and treated everything with respect, they got on with building up the sofa, made sure we was happy and took all rubbish away, great work guys, thank you

The sales man took time to find the right chair for me - not easy for people who aren’t tall.

Ordered an armchair they told us it was a six week wait.It was four months wait. If I knew that I would never have ordered one. Will not buy from them again. The armchair is good.

We were looking for a good quality sofa, and called in at Poltronesofa` at Lakeside Scunthorpe. We were greeted by friendly staff who didn't pressurise us We looked around and tried quiet a few sofas and found one we liked.
The woman member of staff was very friendly, informative and dealt with everything in a proffessional manner.
We ordered it there and then and are waiting for it to come in the next few weeks.
If you are wanting quality at a good price I would recommend Polteonesofa.

The salesman Alan explained the different systems on the settee we were interested in and showed us a whole range of different colours from which we chose one to match the room decoration All in all a successful shopping experience

I have servere anxiety issue but with my care giver and the lad I dealt with made it comfortable for me ,the lad I dealt with went through my choices for me and prices with clear information I could make the right choice for me

No issues with delivery which was way sooner than expected. Sofa arrived with no defects(marks , scuffs etc). Delivery driver and drivers mate were very professional whilst unloading and installing the sofa in my living room.

the delivery was perfect the guy's were brilliant, they called to let us know when they were arriving which was early, they were quick and efficient and took away all the packaging. however my only complaint was with the arrangement of the delivery the main office at no point spoke to us when the sofa would be arriving they just sent a text saying we agreed a date with them when we had not even been contacted by them, when your customers are spending a significant amount of money with you it would be reasonable to expect a discussion with your delivery office to discuss delivery not just to be told when they are coming and then the customer having to make contact to arrange a delivery that is more convenient. i cannot stress how good the delivery guy's were! 5*
