Excellent service overall from store to delivery. The sofa was delivered by 2 very nice, polite guys who were very efficient.

Purchased our bondeno sofa last week and the service we got from store manager Lee was excellent. We visited the store 3 times and always made sure we spoke to Lee to help make our decision. The perfect salesman, informative but at no point pushy and overbearing. Would highly recommend, thanks Lee

Not received goods as ordered. Right sofa wrong material wrong colour. Reported to head office. Awaiting reply. However, delivery staff excellent.

Don’t buy from here! Reported problem with settee creasing. Settee arrived late Aug 2025 first technician came out 22nd Dec said it was bad and needed a complete new cushion. Repair was done April 2026. Day after reported the same problem it’s now called wear and tear. SEE YOU IN COURT!!

Nice, clean store. Nicely laid out. Welcomed upon entry and allowed time to browse. Assisted to use the lift due to my disability. Team member available and helpful upon request. Took some time to place my order due to internet not working and manual paperwork needed to be completed. Some confusion over pricing which was resolved with the help of another member of staff.
Overall pleasant shopping experience despite internet issues causing delays.

We entered the store looked around on our own nobody was pushing us to by which we loved we was offered a free drink by Shaun at the drake house store in Sheffield it was so friendly nothing to much when we chose our leather suite Shaun explained everything to us I know it’s only a little thing the store smelt lovely the delivery was also taken from when we wanted delivered also

As soon as I entered the drakehouse branch was met by kane and directed straight to what I was looking for wasn't pushing me into any purchases and was polite and a very nice member of staff showroom was very clean and well kept will definitely recommend and carnt wait for my sofas thankyou kane

Purchased a sofa for our sons new appartment, Dan was brilliant,really knew his stuff, even remembered us from 2 years previous as we bought a sofa for my eldest son then too.Great experience.

We are waiting for an engineer to visit as the 3 seater leather recliner we ordered doesn't line up at the back
Also gaps at each side where the arms pushed in and are loose fitting

Received a 3 seater sofa in 2 parts a few days ago with a broken frame and faulty 'buzzing' recliner.
The delivery team were amazing, polite, professional, and personable, and as they unwrapped the sofa took photos as well of the damage.
It is stressful as a customer to spend over £1.5k, wait months to receive a faulty product and receive no accountability from the company.
A sofa engineer is coming in 2 weeks, and the faulty frame would take 6 weeks to arrive.
Went in store to talk to the store manager who was dismissive and defensive- I calmly explained what happened and that it was upsetting as a customer with an expensive purchase- only to be told 'vent at me all you like' and 'you can scream and shout at me'- I talked normally, and did not vent- I have never received such awful unprofessional customer service- we have shopped at crystal peaks, wren kitchens, oak furniture land, and bensons for beds, and this is the only terrible local experience I have had. They said it was 'the Italians and after care team' that deal with this so we thanked them for their time and left the store.
I would expect any company that cares about their customers to offer a refund for a faulty product- but now we have to leave a large faulty product we do not want in our house until an investigation that benefits their systems is completed , but at the cost of inconveniencing us- my partner will have to miss another day of paid work. I am shocked that there are countless discounts in store but no compensation or discount over distress and inconvenience for spending on something we will not have for potentially extra months if a replacement is needed- I would rather have the money back as this is not the product I have paid for and I would rather buy a sofa elsewhere with better aftercare and customer service.
