Good initial in-store service.
Our sofas arrived as scheduled and as ordered. The delivery team were pleasant, knowledgable and efficient.
Communication was fine and we are happy with the product after 10 days.

Not pestered by salesman he introduced himself then we were allowed to look around and ask if we needed help or any questions . Trevor was salesman who assisted us and placed our order.

When I was in your store to look at the furniture no one bothered me until I asked about the price then I was told about the various options it was nice not having anyone pressing me it was then that I decided to order a suit

We could arrange to collect our sofa at a time to suit us. It was taken apart and wrapped up ready for us.

When I went to select my sofa, the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products. This helped inform my choice and when my sofas were delivered yesterday, the delivery men were equally helpful and professional in ensuring they were installed with care. The sofas were delivered and setup with no fuss and within the time specified.

The shop charged the gilde twice and I asked for a refund for the overpayment (which is only £38). I went to the shop many times and they promised to refund many time but it never happen.
For the delivery part, the delivery men were not professional at all. They keep pushing and squeezing the sofa into my living room making scratches and stains on my wall and door frame, dragging the sofa on the floor without any protection.

The sofa itself is ok, quality as expected. But the whole experience was not that pleasent.

It was a quick visit on the store but the Italian guy good hospitality made us explore the store and buy it. I am so sorry I forgot his name he was fun and friendly to be honest.
