Original quote for my 2 seater couch was £699.00 with £129 delivery.. now its £799.00 with 'FREE DELIVERY' So only saving £30 !!

We visited the store in Mersey Retail park and Lisa was really helpfull. She listened to what I wanted and then took me to several different items which fullfilled my criteria. She was informative and really knowledgeable about the products. In addition she was enthusiastic about the store and all its contents whilst still remaining professional. She was not ' pushy' and allowed us to go away and think about it. We returned the following day and she intruduced us to her colleague who took our order as she was seeing to a new delivery.

While I was extremely dissatisfied with the aggressive sales tactics and the treatment I received on the first day (12th April), I want to acknowledge that the salesperson I dealt with on the second day (13th April) was very friendly, respectful, and explained everything clearly. With his assistance, I was finally able to change my order.

​However, the core issues remain unresolved. Firstly, when I returned to the store on the 12th—only 30 minutes after the purchase—I was ignored and avoided. I strongly suggest you review the CCTV footage from that day to verify my presence and the lack of assistance I received.

​Secondly, and most importantly, I was verbally promised a June delivery, but the contract now states August. This significant delay is unacceptable. I do not agree to pay the delivery fee given this breach of the original timeline, and I expect fair compensation for this inconvenience. I am still waiting for a professional follow-up from the management to resolve these points."

After 2 poor failed delivery attempts this delivery went well Colin and Shaun were efficient pleasant professional and undertook the delivery and recovery to our complete satisfaction
