The staff member was very attentive
The staff member was very attentive,as soon as we entered store. Wasn't pushy, he merely said if we have any questions that he was there to help and let us shop around. However not to far away from us either aswe browsed around shop. Perhaps there to answer questions if we had about particular furniture piece. However we knew what we wanted, and assisted immediately. Manager was there too, and without asking gave us a deal. Both friendly and would recommend. Great service

Top notch service!
We were in the store for almost 3 hours (!) but we weren't rushed in the least. Deepak was patient, didn't rush us, and was really informative. He helped us when we needed it but knew when to give us space to discuss. He also was very patient as we chopped and changed through various options. We had a chat with manager Ruhal who confirmed that we were getting everything we wanted. Both were courteous, friendly and professional at all times. Excellent experience, would recommend either of them and the Staples Corner store to anyone. Now looking forward to a brand new sofa!
