Staircase carpet
Needed to select carpet for staircase and was not getting great joy about suitability from many stores. However, at ScS, received excellent service from Daniel when choosing carpets. This was especially so when deciding and about underlays.

Great Delivery Guys!
Delivery drivers, Steve and Nev, went above and beyond and were super lovely. The whole process was quick and very pleasant. They made sure to treat the couch carefully and were very aware of their surroundings when delivering to not damage anything accidentally. Our dog even took a great liking to them! 10/10 would recommend :)

5 Star Exoerience!
My daughter and I were looking for a quality recliner chair for my new flat and decided to visit the ScS showroom in Staples Corner. Our needs were pretty specific as I have mobility issues and both my daughter and I wanted to keep those in mind while wanting a stylish, good looking recliner. We were helped in this by Antonio, who was really terrific in making us feel that he would help us find the perfect chair for us and he did! We decided on it after viewing a good number of options and were very happy with our choice. All the sales people were extremely helpful and friendly and we felt really looked-after. The price was right too! All in all a great experience...5 Stars!

The staff member was very attentive,as soon as we entered store. Wasn't pushy, he merely said if we have any questions that he was there to help and let us shop around. However not to far away from us either aswe browsed around shop. Perhaps there to answer questions if we had about particular furniture piece. However we knew what we wanted, and assisted immediately. Manager was there too, and without asking gave us a deal. Both friendly and would recommend. Great service
