Had a great experience buying a sofa for my brother ( which is so difficult) and Corina (Stirling shop) was first class ☆☆☆☆☆

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Steve provided good advice and options as we browsed without feeling we were being hassled. Great examples of fabric options provided. He made the ordering process very easy.

Just purchased a new living room suite from scs great experience and made all the easier by salesman called Raymond, answered all our questions & more knowledge spot on would recommend.

From showroom to living room! In the store, Daniel helped me figure out which sofa was going to be my sofa, went through the different colours and also helped me to a delicious cup of coffee! The sofa is absolutely stunning and so comfy! The sofa was also done almost a month before the scheduled finished date. I was able to change the planned delivery date easily too. The delivery people were professional and fun! All in all a great experience.

Corina was absolutely amazing from the get go! She was warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my likes/dislikes and took them on board, giving me recommendations. Corina went above and beyond (3 visits from me in total) and did everything she could to assist me. Corina is probably one of the nicest, most personable and helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. She is an asset to your company. Highly recommend.

Steve was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. He spoke through all of the different options and was really approachable.

All information provided prior to delivery was very useful. The delivery times and tracking were accurate. Both delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. They unpacked my sofas and moved them to the desired position in my room. Very pleased with a very efficient service.

This review is only about the delivery of our new sofas. We had an unexpectedly difficult first delivery when we were told one of the sofas we had purchased wouldn't get through the door and we had to arrange for the window to be taken out. This was without them even trying. The sofa was returned to the depot. Getting a Glazier to respond to my calls proved to be a nightmare and with SCS HQ continually on the phone badgering me for a delivery date( although Danny at the store was fabulous and very sympathetic), I agreed a date and asked for a different delivery team.
What a difference!
Alec and James were amazing and came up with a solution that we were happy with and managed to get our sofa into our living room. Alec (team leader) gave us 2 options and agreeing to allow him to remove one of the side arms he got our sofa in and re assembled my sofa to perfection.
Bravo Alec and James. These 5 stars are for you!

I had a fantastic experience at SCS thanks to Raymond. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Was welcomed into store by Corina who was really attentive and very helpful in helping make my choice for new sofa and really did go above and beyond to help me choose the correct shade with different lighting, what a great energy she has and it was quite refreshing to visit store. Sofas in store since my last visit 2 years ago have really improved and noticeably the quality and choice of fabrics were really endless so 5* all round.

Danny and Will have made our buying experience easy and enjoyable. Danny listened to what we wanted and gave us a unique idea taking into consideration our families needs. Went the extra mile at every step. Really glad we chose to look into SCS.

What a delight it was to have been helped by Danny today at the Stirling store. Often when out, being disabled, people can be dismissive and quite rude, how refreshing it was to feel like nothing was too much bother. Even when the choices I narrowed it down to were on different floors! Danny showed me the lift, left me to think about things, sit on each sofa for a while before we agreed on the 'one'. I've been looking for so long and felt I was going to have to settle for a suite that I didn't really love due to my requirements, but I had choice today and in any of the 192 colours I wanted! What a bonus. The exact colour I wanted and the suite that ticks all the boxes. Thank you Danny for your patience today, it is very much appreciated. Five stars from me!
